Ch. Devi Lal Memorial Government Engineering College is a government college, was established in the year 2003, named after the former Chief Minister of Haryana, Shri. Ch. Devi Lal. The institution is affiliated to the Guru Jambeshwar University of Science & Technology and approved by the AICTE and DTE Haryana.

The CDLM campus is sited on the Delhi – Fazilka National Highway-10 at Panniwala Mota in District Sirsa, Haryana. The campus is 22 km away from the Sirsa on Sirsa – Dabwali Road. The campus is well-connected by the roads.
