Bhutta College of Engineering and Technology, (BCET) Ludhiana, is an engineering college established in the year 2003. The college was established by the Keharnam Memorial Educational Society with the primary objective of spreading quality education among Punjabis. The college is approved by all India council for technical education (AICTE) and government of Punjab. The college is affiliated with Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar.

The BCET college is situated at Butta village in Ludhina district of Punjab. The college is well connected by road and railway station, situated at some distance from the college.
Programmes:
The BCET is offering various courses in undergraduate and postgraduate engineering discipline. The courses offered by BCET are affiliated to PTU and approved by AICTE. The students are admitted to the college on the basis on JEE and Gate score.
