Bharat Ratna Dr BR Ambedkar University, Delhi was established in the year 2007. It is a public university and approved by University Grants Commission (UGC). It offers various undergraduate and postgraduate courses in arts, management etc.

Campus

The University campus is housed in a 400 year old heritage buildings complex, located at the Lothian Road, Kashmere Gate, Delhi. The campus is spread over 3 acres of land and can be easily accessed through any means of transportation by road, rail and air.

Facilities

The university provides all the necessary facilities to the students such as library which has specialized collection of more than 27661 books, 120 e-books, 107 national and international print journals, magazines and 19 leading online publisher’s journal database (more than 15000 full text itee-journals). The library also has reading areas for users. The university provides separate hostel facilities for boys and girls, a well-facilitated computer centre, air-conditioned and spacious classrooms. Besides this various other facilities like students counselling, language cell for students to improve their communication skills, cafeteria, medical facility etc.

Programmes

The university offers programme in Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme. The duration of the MBA programme is two years. In first year students study all subjects and in the second year they can take any of the specializations of their choice. After completing their first year of MBA programme the students are required to do the compulsory summer internship project.
