Anand Institute of Management, Ahmedabad was set up in the year 1954 with the goal to regulate and manage the education, research and training in the management field. The institution is affiliated to Gujarat Technological University (GTU) and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

Campus

Anand Institute of Management is located in the campus of Shri Ramkrishna Seva Mandal, opposite to Town hall, Anand. The campus is equipped with remarkable infrastructure and surrounded with greenery and serene environment which helps students to concentrate on their studies.

Facilities

The institution has a well-equipped library which houses more than 11,640 books (6100 titles) relevant to teaching, learning, and training and research needs of the institute. It also subscribes 16 printed national and international journals. The institution has a well-facilitated computer centre, separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. The institution has air-conditioned and spacious classrooms, an auditorium, conference hall, seminar hall and provides various other recreational facilities like sports facility, transportation facility etc.

Programmes

Anand Institute of Management offers programme in Master of Business Administration (MBA). The MBA programme is divided into four semesters with the duration of two years. After completing the first year students are required to do the compulsory summer internship project. The MBA curriculum is designed by keeping in mind the requirements of industry.

Placement

The institution has a training and placement cell which is having the team of committed experts which imparts suggestions for the betterment of the students. The placement cell trains the students in communication skills, presentations, writing skills and general knowledge. The placement cell also brings professionalism and inducts motivation, creativity and enthusiasm among students.
