Akshaya College of Engineering and Technology was established in year 2009 by Akshaya Charitable Trust. College is affiliated to Anna Technical University and approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). College is ISO 9001:2008 certified institution.

Campus:

The college is sited on the Bhagvathipalayam Road 500 meters from national highway 209, Kinathukadavu, near Pollachi in district Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. The campus is 3 km away from the railway station and 33 km away from the Coimbatore airport.

The campus offers admission to more than 600 students in all programmes annually. The college has around 117 faculty members and 37 non-technical and technical staff.

Akshaya College of Engineering has a computer lab connected with LAN and with internet connectivity of 8 Mbps. The college has equipped separated lab for each department. The college has digital library, separate hostel for boys and girls, health centre, separated cafeteria and mess, transport facility, sports hall inbuilt with physical education department having capacity for football, table tennis, volley ball, ball badminton and athletics.

Activities:

The campus conducts the cultural activity, sports activity, literary activity, alumni activity and technical activity. The campus organizes the annual day function every year and publishes the magazine and newsletter.

Placement:

Akshaya College of Engineering has been established a training and placement cell which is providing the arrangement for the campus interview, arranging the trainings suits to the industries and plant training.
