Aalim Muhammad Salegh College of Engineering (AMSCE) was established on the year 2000. It is a private and self-financing institution. The college has been affiliated to the Anna University and approved by the AICTE and accredited by the NBA. College trust was founded by Dr. S.M. Shaik Nuruddin in year 1990.

Aalim Muhammad Salegh College of engineering is located at Avadi, Chennai, surrounded by Indian Air Force area. The college has replaced the Aalim Muhammad Salegh industrial training institute established in 1993 by the same trust.
