Aryabhatt College of Engineering & Technology, Baghpat

Aryabhatt College of Engineering & Technology (ACET) was established in the year 2007 as a private and self-financed institution set up by the Aryabhatt Charitable Trust. The ACET is affiliated to the Mahamaya Technical University, Noida and approved by the AICTE and MHRD, New Delhi. The ACET is also approved by the UP Board of Technical Education and the State Government of UP.

Campus:

The ACET is co-located with Aryabhatt College of the Management & Technology founded by the same trust in the same premises in the year 2008. The ACET is situated on the Meerut – Bagpat Road (State Highway-14) at Village Daula in Bagpat, the district of UP. The ACET campus is 13 km Away from the Bagpat City, 37 km from the Meerut City and 38 km from the New Delhi. The campus includes both colleges is spread over an area of 12.5 acres of land. The ACET campus comes under the Delhi-NCR.

Programmes:

The ACET is offering the two academic programmes as B.Tech in six disciplines of engineering and technology and an MBA programme in various disciplines of management study.

Students & Faculty:

The ACET has around 510 seats for admission as an intake capacity of the students in all programmes. The college offers 5% of the management seats for the NRI students. The college has more than 60 members as the faculty of all departments.

Facilities:

The ACET campus has the facilities like separated and secured hostel for boys and girls, cafeteria & mess, medical services, laboratories, library, workshops, transportation, spacious classrooms and sports ground.

Placement & Activities:

The ACET is providing the placement facility to its students. A team of professionals is working for this under the department of Training & placement. The Cell is arranging the seminar, workshops and campus interviews for final job placement.

The college conducts sports activities and personality development programmes for the students. The college also organizes the co-curricular activities.
