VITMEE 2025 Application Form

Below are the VITMEE details and information regarding the registration process:

• The VIT University will release the VITMEE 2025 application in January 2025.  
• Candidates belonging to the Foreign/ OPI/NRI category can check application details on the International Relations tab on the VIT website.
• Candidates will not be allowed to submit multiple applications for the VITMEE.
• Candidates have to provide their educational, personal & communication details to fill the registration form.
• It will be necessary to upload required documents in the application form.
• If you will not be able to pay the VITMEE registration fees then admission will be cancelled.
• The last day to submit the VITMEE 2025 application form is expected to be in April 2025.
• In April 2025 VITMEE 2025 application form correction facility will be given.
• Once the deadline for application & correction is reached, no request will be accepted.  
• Candidates will not be required to send filled applications through post.
• After submitting VITMEE 2025 application candidates should regularly check the VIT website for updates. 

VITMEE 2025 Application Fees

• VITMEE 2025 application fees will be Rs.1200/- only.
• Application fees for all category candidates will be same. 
• This application fee will include all the GST.
• Fees submission mode will be online for VITMEE registration. 
• Payment mediums are credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. 
• As per the bank, candidates will also have to pay service charges & taxes.

VITMEE 2025 Registration Document List:

Documents & certificates that will be required at the time of VITMEE registration are given below:

• Classes 10 & 12 original marksheet. 
• You will have to provide all semesters & years-wise/ qualifying degree exams, up to pre-final/ final year certificates as applicable if the result is awaited.
• Qualifying Degree/Provisional Certificate (Required for degree-completed candidates)
• A valid GATE scorecard (If available)
• SC/ST candidates will have to provide a community certificate. 
• Applicants from J & K, Ladakh, and North Eastern states will be required to submit a nativity certificate. 
• If applicable, the original service/ NOC/ transfer/migration/college leaving certificate will be required.

Note:- If any of the documents or certificates are found to be false or in correction then the candidate’s application will be rejected.

VITMEE 2025 Application Correction

The Vellore Institute of Technology University will be providing candidates with the VITMEE 2025 application correction facility. Those who will make any mistakes while applying can edit the form.

But note that all information is not allowed to be changed. VITMEE edit window can be accessed by the candidates from the day of registration. Before the last day to apply registered candidates can log in and make changes on the application form. 

VITMEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Only those who will meet the eligibility criteria given below are the ones who will be able to submit the VITMEE registration form:

Nationality: 

• The applicant for admission should be a citizen of India and should have graduated from Indian institutions.
• Candidates who are from any of these categories are Foreign and NRI/ PIO candidates must apply separately. 

Educational Criteria: 

• Qualifying Exam: A full-time degree in engineering field from any renowned University/Institute will be required. 
• Marks: A minimum aggregate of 60% or first class for M.Tech. degree programs are needed.
• Candidates should have a good record in class 10th and 12th. 
• Appearing: Those who are in their final year / final semester will be also eligible to apply.
• Candidates final semester/year exams should be completed before the VIT selection.
