• Uttaranchal University 2025 application form will be available through online & offline both the modes.
• Registration form will be released by the university in first week of December 2024.
• While registration, candidates must provide working email ID and mobile number as all the communication details will be sent on the same.
• Candidates must ensure that they satisfy all eligibility norm as non-eligible candidates will not be allowed to apply.
• While filling application form, candidates must not forget to upload a passport size photograph, signature, Government ID, and marksheets and other documents in prescribed format.
• Authority will not provide any correction facility, so applicants must fill all the particulars in application form correctly & carefully.
• Last date for submission of UU 2025 application form will be till fourth week of June 2025.
• After completing all the details, candidates must ensure to take a printout of online application form for future uses.

Application Fee:

• Application fee will be paid via both online or offline mode.
• Credit card, debit card or net banking will be the online methods for payment.
• Each applicant will have to pay an application fee of Rs. 1200/-.
• Candidates will also be charged a processing fee of Rs. 50/- for each transaction.
• Offline payment will be made through Demand Draft in favor of Uttaranchal University payable at Dehradun.
• Under any circumstances, registration fee will be non-refundable.

Candidates will need to upload scanned images of following documents while filing the form:

• Passport size Colored Photograph
• Signature
• Qualification Documents of 10th/12th/or highest qualification
• Diploma/ PG Diploma or UG/PG Degree or equivalent as applicable
• Valid ID Proof with Photograph issued by Govt.
• Residence/ Address proof etc.

Uttaranchal University 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for Uttaranchal University 2025, candidates must fulfill all the eligibility criteria:

For B.Tech Course:

• Qualification: Applicants must have passed their 12th level examination from any recognized board or university.
• Subject: In the qualifying examination, students must have Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics  as mandatory subjects.
• Marks: Candidates must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks  (45% in case of SC/ ST) in the qualifying exam.
• Appearing: Those students who will be appearing 12th standard in 2025 will also be eligible to apply.

For M.Tech Course:

• Qualification: Applying candidates must have qualified B.Tech/ B.E degree from any recognized university will be eligible to apply.
• Marks: Students must have secured at least 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ ST) to be eligible for admission.
• Appearing: Applicants appearing in the final year of qualifying degree will be also eligible to apply.

For MBA Course:

• Qualification: To be eligible, candidates must have Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized board or university.
• Marks: Applicants must have obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of SC/ ST) in qualifying exam.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing  for their final exam will be also eligible for admission.

Here, are the step by step procedures to fill the UU 2025 Application Form:

• Go through the UU website (link will be given above).
• On the homepage, click on “Apply Now” option to fill out the application form.
• On clicking, candidates will be redirected to registration page.
• On the registration page, enter details i.e. name, active email ID and phone number.
• Select the details of program applying for, and press the “Submit” button.
• Candidates will receive a confirmation mail on their registered email ID along with registration activation link & login credentials.
• Once registered, candidates will be navigated to login page, where they have enter their login ID and password.
• Click on “Sign In” button and move to the next step to fill an online application form. 
• Application form will be filled with necessary details i.e. personal, academic and address details.
• Upload recent passport size photograph, signature, Govt. ID and marksheets in the given format and size.
• Proceed to make transaction of application fee using prescribed payment gateways.
• After successful payment, retain a printout of confirmation page of filled application form and fee receipt for further requirements.
