Candidates seeking admission in UPES Engineering courses can apply through entrance test or board merit basis. UPES Engineering Aptitude Test (UPESEAT) is a university level entrance exam. Candidates will get admission to various specializations of engineering through this examination.
The admissions will also be provided through national level JEE Mains, CUET & SAT scores and on the basis of Board Merit.

UPESEAT 2025 Cut Off (Entrance Based)
After qualifying the respective entrance exam, candidates can apply for admission in UPES. Apart from entrance test, admissions are also provided through board merit. UPES Admission process will be regulated via online mode only.
UPESEAT Result 2025 will be declared within a week after the examination. The results are not sent by the university on the candidates registered address by post. It will be available through online mode.
UPESEAT counselling 2025 will be commenced after the declaration of result. UPES will conduct the centralized counselling for admission in B.Tech programmes. The counselling will be organized through online mode.
UPESEAT 2025 Qualifying Marks
UPESEAT 2025 Qualifying marks will comprise the least possible marks required to qualify for an entrance exam. The candidates appearing in UPESEAT 2025 exam will have to obtain a minimum of 50% marks in entrance examination and 50% marks in 12th standard or equivalent examination to be considered qualified.
There are two modes to apply in the university, i.e., exam pathway and non-exam pathway. Upto 20% of seats will be allotted through national level exams like JEE Main 2025, CUET 2025, SAT etc.

UPESEAT 2025 Rank List
Based on the application and JEE Main marks filled by the candidates in the application form, the authority will release the JEE Main Merit ranking. As per the ranking obtained by the candidates, they will be called for the counselling.
Candidates will be able to check the merit list from the website. Candidates will have to use their UPES application number and date of birth to check the result.
UPESEAT 2025 Result
The university will declare the results online on the website. Candidates who will successfully appear in the entrance exam will be able to check their results. The result will be not sent via offline mode to any candidate.
The admission procedure will also include group discussion and personal interview, if applicable. Students can appear in various entrance test organized by UPES like, UPESEAT for B.Tech, UPESMET for MBA, ULSAT for MBA, UPESDAT for desing etc to get admission in courses offered by UPES.
