UPESEAT 2025 Cut Off

Candidates will be able to check the UPESEAT cut off marks through online mode. There are various factors on the basis on which the university will declare the cut off marks. The cut off marks will be the minimum marks that should be scored by the candidate to become eligible for the counselling.

So, it will be necessary to score cut off marks for admission. On the basis of cut off marks, the candidates will be selected for admission followed by the counselling. The factors on which the cut off will be prepared are:

• Total number of candidates appeared in the exam.
• Highest marks obtained by the candidate.
• Numbers of available seats.
• Difficulty level of exam.
• Pass proportion of the candidates.

UPESEAT Result 2025 will be declared by the university in May 2025. The results are not sent by the university on the candidates registered address by post. It will be available through online mode.

UPESEAT counselling 2025 will be commenced in the month of August 2025. UPES will conduct the centralized counselling for admission in B.Tech programmes. The counselling will be organized through offline mode.

UPESEAT 2025 Qualifying Marks

UPESEAT 2025 Qualifying marks will comprise the least possible marks required to qualify for an entrance exam. The candidates appearing in UPESEAT 2025 exam will have to obtain a minimum of 50% marks in entrance examination and 50% marks in 12th standard or equivalent examination to be considered qualified.

There are two modes to apply in the university, i.e., exam pathway and non-exam pathway. 80% of seats will be allotted through an exam pathway and 20% of seats will be allotted through a non-exam pathway. Candidates can check the marks obtained in the qualifying exam for admission to the UPES B.Tech course.

• Candidates those will apply through UPESEAT examination should have 60% aggregate marks in 12th or equivalent exam or 50% in PCM subject.
• Candidates who will apply through Intermediate merit basis should score 80% marks in 12th or equivalent exam or 80% in PCM.
• Candidates those will apply through JEE Mains score should score the required cut off marks in the exam.

Based on the application and JEE Main marks filled by the candidates in the application form, the authority will release the JEE Main Merit ranking. As per the ranking obtained by the candidates, they will be called for the counselling.

Candidates will be able to check the merit list from the website. Candidates will have to use their UPES application form number and remain Id or Mobile number to check the result.

UPESEAT 2025 Result

The university will declare the results online on the website. Candidates who will successfully appear in the entrance exam will be able to check their results. The result will be not sent by the university to any candidate.

As a result, candidates will be able to check their sectional as well as overall marks. The university also mentions the category-wise rank in the candidate’s result card.
