UPES 2025 Counselling
UPES university will organise the counselling procedure through both online & offline mode. It will be a centralised counselling procedure for admission in various disciplines of B.Tech. programmes. Those applicants who will successfully clear the entrance exam will be allowed to participate in counselling procedures.
The university will invite eligible candidates for counselling on the basis of UPES 2025 cut off and merit list. It will be organized separately by the university for JEE Main score holders and UPESEAT qualifiers.
It will be necessary for every qualified candidate to participate in the counselling process , as all seats will be allotted through counselling only. To complete the admission, students should report the allotted counselling centre along with their original documents for verification.

UPES 2025 Counselling Procedure
It will be a centralized counselling procedure for admission to various courses offered at UPES university campuses located in Bidholi and Kandoli. UPES 2025 counselling procedures will include registration, entrance test, choice filling, seat allotment, document verification, fee payment etc.
It will be organised for allotting seats to eligible candidates based on their scores in board exam or JEE Main exam. The seats reserved for admission will be JEE Main rankers (10% seats), Board Merit holders (10% seats) and UPESEAT merit holders (80% seats).
Aspirants must achieve the merit rank to be shortlisted for counselling, as the seats will be allotted on the basis of the merit list. Applicants may have to go through Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) rounds, to be shortlisted for some courses at university.
The university will release the seat allotment based on which selected candidates will be provided a counselling call letter. Students must download the call letter and report the allotted campus with their necessary documents for verification.

UPES 2025 Cut Off
UPES Cut Off 2025 will be released by the authority via online mode, a few days after the result declaration. It will be a range of minimum scores which applicants will be required to meet in order to get admission.
Students will be able to check the separate cut off scores for UPESEAT exam, JEE Main and board exam. The university will decide the cut off of UPES 2025 admission based on numerous factors which will be as described below:
