UGAT 2025 Counselling
UGAT Counselling 2025 will be tentatively organised in July 2025 for exam qualifying candidates. AIMA will regulate the counselling process through online mode only by using the standard digital platforms.
UGAT 2025 counselling procedures will be held in several stages which involves candidate’s registration, document verification, payment, seat allotment etc. Selected students will be allotted seats on the basis of the merit sequence or rank. A seat allotment letter will be sent to the selected candidates which must be kept safe till the admission procedure gets completed.

UGAT 2025 Counselling Procedure
UGAT 2025 Counselling Procedure will be organised in various stages which are as described below:
Step-1: Online Registration and Payment
Firstly, applicants will have to complete the registration process by navigating to “New Registration” button given on the website. For registration students will have to enter details such as name, roll number, date of birth etc.
Once all the details are filled, candidates will have to save the details and submit the registration fee. Candidates must ensure to retain a print copy of the fee receipt for future references.
Step-2: Document and Payment Verification
After registration, applicants must go through the online document and payment verification process. Candidates will be allowed to proceed to next steps only after verification of documents and payment.
Step-3: Virtual Meeting
Once the documents and payments are verified, a virtual meeting will be organised in which candidates in their order of rank will have an interface with the authorized personnels via standard platform of digital meeting.
Step-4: Seat Allotment Process
The authority will release a seat allotment of UGAT 2025 qualified candidates who have succeeded in the document verification rounds. Seat allotment will be released through online mode.
Selected candidates will be provided a provisional allotment letter which they must download and take a printout of it. Seats will be allotted to eligible applicants according to their merit rank, choices of courses and colleges filled in order of preferences and seats availability.
Step-5: Reporting
In the last stage, selected applicants will need to report to the allotted institute for physical counselling and deposit the admission fee to confirm their seat.
Documents Required for UGAT 2025 Counselling
While appearing for the UGAT 2025 Counselling, candidates should provide the below listed documents for verification:
- Class 10th and 12th/ qualifying examination mark sheet
- Class 10th and 12th/ qualifying examination pass certificate
- UGAT 2025 Admit Card
- UGAT 2025 Result
- Transfer certificate
- Migration certificate
- Character certificate
- Category Certificate
- Income Certificate of SC/ST/OBC
- Recent passport size photographs etc.
UGAT 2025 Cut Off
UGAT 2025 Cut Off will be the least possible marks decided by the authority in order to check eligibility of applicants to get admission. It will comprise of the lowest marks that the applicants must score to be allowed to participate in UGAT 2025 Counselling rounds.
The cut off of UGAT 2025 will be checked by the candidates in the month of June 2025. The authority will decide the cut off on the basis of several determinants such as number of applicants appearing, number of applicants qualified, difficulty level of exam, previous year cut off trends, seat availability etc.
UGAT 2025 Seat Allotment & Admission
UGAT 2025 Seat Allotment for admission will be released through online mode. The seat allotment will carry the names of selected candidates who will be allotted seats at various participating colleges. The seat allotment will be released in month of July/ August 2025.
Seat allotment list of UGAT 2025 will be prepared on the basis of merit rank obtained, seats available for allotment, choices filled and fulfillment of other criterias laid down by the authority. An allotment letter will be sent to eligible candidates on their email address which students must carry along with them during the counselling session at the allotted institute.
