TNSET 2024 Exam has been postponed. Mock Test is available through online mode. This is a state level entrance test which is conducted by Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu State Eligibility Test (TNSET) will be conducted various subjects. Qualifying candidates in the entrance examination will be governed by the eligibility criteria stipulated for Assistant Professors of concerned university/ Colleges/ Institutions (Private/ Government/ Aided) of Tamil Nadu state. Following are the official TNSET 2024 Exam Dates:

TNSET 2024 Admit Card

The TNSET admit card has been released on 4th June 2024 by the authority. Candidates are able to download the admit card through online mode on the website. To download it, candidates are required to provide their details i.e. application number and date of birth in the portal.

Only those candidates are able to download the admit card who have submitted the application form before the deadline. Authority will not sent the admit card via post or any other offline mode.

It is mandatory for the candidates to carry the admit card to the exam center. Authority will not allowed the candidate to sit in the exam without having a valid admit card.

TNSET 2024 Exam Pattern

Candidates can check the TNSET 2024 Exam Pattern in the given section:

• Exam Mode: Exam will be conducted through Online Mode (Computer Based Test).
• Type of Questions: The Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) will be asked in the exam.
• Duration: Total 3 hours will be given to the candidates to solve the paper.
• Marks: Total 100 marks will be there for Paper I and for Paper II there will be 200 marks.
• Exam Medium: The exam will be conducted in English only except Paper II of language subjects (Tamil, Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Sanskrit, Telugu and Urdu).
• Marking Scheme: Each correct response will consist of 2 marks.
• Negative Marking: There will be no negative marking the in the exam.

The TNSET 2024 exam will be organized in the following cities:

TNSET 2024 Answer Key

The authority will release the TNSET 2024 answer key separately for all subjects as per their codes. It will be released through online mode on the website. Candidates will have to download the answer key of their respective code of the paper and compare their answer with it.

Candidates will also be able to know their score by comparing their answers with that in the TNSET 2024 answer key. In case candidates found any mistake in the released answer key they can easily raise objections or challenge the answer key within the time frame and in the required procedure.

TNSET 2024 Result

The result of TNSET 2024 will be declared through online mode on the website. TNSET Result will be declared in the July/ August 2024 Candidates will be required to enter their registration number or application number and mobile number to check the result.

The qualified candidates in the TNSET 2024 entrance examination will be called for the counselling procedure through online mode. Only appeared candidates will be able to access the result through online mode.

TNSET 2024 Counselling

The TNSET 2024 counselling will be organized in the last week of August 2024 by the authority. Qualified candidates in the entrance exam will be able to participate in the counselling procedure. To participate in the counselling procedure it will be compulsory for the candidates to reach the minimum cut off percentage.

Those candidates who will clear the last interview round in the counselling procedure will be considered as Assistant Professor. At the time of counselling procedure candidates will also be required to bring the required documents for verification procedure.
