This exam is conducted by Sharda University for admission to various UG and PG level programmes in the field of engineering, management, commerce, law etc. Students having valid scores of various national/ state level entrance exams like JEE Main/ CUET/ UPSEE/ NEET/ NATA/ CAT/ MAT/ XAT will be exempted from SUAT.

SUAT 2025 Application Form

Checkout some important guidelines related to SUAT 2025 Application Form:

• SUAT 2025 Registration process will start from third week of January 2025.
• Candidates will be able to fill the online application form through online mode only.
• It will be mandatory for students to meet all the eligibility criteria before filling the application.
• Fill in all the necessary details such as personal, academic qualification and communicational details to complete the form.
• At the time of filing the form, applicants will also have to upload a scanned image of candidate’s photograph and signature in specific format.
• Applicants must cross-check their application form before final submission as no correction window will be provided later for rectification.
• Candidates will be able to fill or submit their application form till fourth week of June 2025.
• Keep a hardcopy of filled in application form safe to be used in future reference.

Application Fee:

• Registration fee of SUAT 2025 will be deposited via both online and offline mode.
• Online payment gateways include credit card/ debit card or net banking.
• Fee will also be deposited via DD in favour of Sharda University payable at Greater Noida or cash at Sharda University campus.
• Fee once deposited will be non-refundable in any circumstance.

Candidates will have to upload listed documents while filling the SUAT 2025 application form:

• Scanned images of candidate’s photograph
• Scanned signature 
• 10th and 12th class marksheet
• ID proof
• Date of birth proof
• Scorecards of national level entrance exams (if any)

SUAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Students must go through the complete eligibility criteria before applying for SUAT 2025:

For B.Tech Courses:

• Qualifications: A minimum qualification of 10+2 level or its equivalent exam must be completed from any recognised board to be eligible.
• Marks Criteria: Applicants must have obtained at least 60% marks in aggregate, 60% marks in PCM and 50% in Mathematics in the qualifying examination.
• Subjects: Students must pass the qualifying examination with subjects like Computer Science/ PCB/ PCB for Biotechnology.
• Scores: Candidates having a valid JEE Main scorecard and ranked upto 3 lakh will be exempted from SUAT.

For MBA Courses:

• Qualifications: Students must have completed their graduation degree in any stream from a recognised university/institute.
• Marks Criteria: Candidates must have secured at least 50% marks in their qualifying examination to be eligible to apply..
• Scores: Applicants having valid scores in SUAT/ MAT/ CAT/ XAT exam will also be eligible to apply.
• Applicants will be exempted from SUAT exam, if they secure a minimum of 65% marks in CAT/ XAT exam & 75% marks in MAT exam.

How to Apply for SUAT 2025

Candidates can check given section to know step by step procedure to apply:

• Go through the SUAT 2025 website (link will be given above).
• Click on “Apply Now” button.
• Candidates will be navigated to new applicants registration page.
• Enter details like name, email ID, mobile number, address details and select discipline and program. 
• Then, click on verify number, enter OTP and tab on “Apply now” button.
• Now, fill the online application form with personal, academic qualification and other required details. 
• Upload all the required documents such as photograph, signature, marksheet, scorecards, ID proofs, in prescribed size and format.
• Once uploaded, confirm programme/specialization and generate a system ID/login ID.
• Before moving to next step, applicants must cross-check the complete application form.
• In case of any mistake, edit it by clicking on “Edit” button given at the end of form.
• After making necessary edits, proceed to make payment of application fee through online mode.
• Candidates must keep their email ID & mobile number working as all the communication details will be sent on the same.
• At the end, download the application form and keep its printout for future use.
