Candidates must check the St. Andrews Eligibility Criteria 2025 from below:
For B.Tech. Course:
- Qualification: To be eligible, one must pass 12th grade or equivalent from any recognised board.
- Marks: One must have obtained a minimum aggregate marks of 45% for general category and 40% for the reserved category.
- Subject: Applicants must have Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology/ Computers as mandatory subjects in 12th grade.
For BBA/ BCA Courses:
- Qualification: Candidates must have passed 12th grade or equivalent in any stream from any recognised institute to be eligible to apply.
- Marks: One must have secured minimum aggregate marks of 45% for General category and 42.5% for the reserved category (from Haryana).
- Appearing: Final year candidates will also be eligible to apply for admission.
For MBA Course:
- Qualification: Candidates must have completed graduation in BBA/ BCA or any other Bachelor’s degree in any field to be eligible for admission.
- Marks: One must have obtained at least 50% aggregate marks in qualifying exam.
- Appearing: Those candidates appearing in final year of graduation will also be able to apply but they have to provide the final year result of Graduation.
St. Andrews 2025 Admission Procedure
St. Andrews Admission Procedure 2025 will be organised in various stages. Firstly, candidates will have to register on website and fill the application form. Once the application form is filled and submitted, eligible candidates will be shortlisted automatically.
The selection of candidates will be based on their performance in SAJEE and other national or state level entrance exam. Shortlisted candidates will receive an email and call regarding date and time of counselling session.
St. Andrews 2025 Entrance Exam (SAJEE)
St. Andrew Joint Entrance Exam (SAJEE) is a university level entrance exam conducted by St. Andrew Institute of Technology and Management. The exam is conducted every year for those candidates who seek admission in various UG and PG courses. The admission will be offered at various campuses of St. Andrews Institute of Technology and Management.
SAJEE 2025 entrance exam will be conducted through online mode only. Applicants will be given 60 minutes to solve the question paper. The question paper will carry 30 questions for each section.
St. Andrews 2025 Result/ Merit List
The university will publish a merit list of selected candidates through online mode on the website. St. Andrews Merit List 2025 will be checked by candidates through online mode after completion of entrance exam.
The university will shortlist eligible candidates on the basis of marks obtained by candidates in SAJEE exam. The merit list will be published for each category of candidates those have successfully qualified for the entrance exam.
St. Andrews 2025 Cut Off
St. Andrews Cut Off 2025 will be released a few days after the declaration of result. The merit list will be prepared based on cut off marks secured by candidates. The cut off will determine the qualifying status of candidates.

St. Andrews 2025 Counselling
The university will organise St. Andrews Counselling 2025 in multiple rounds such as online registration, exam, etc. The counselling procedure will be organised in third week of August 2025. The counselling procedure will be organised on the basis of rank obtained in merit list.
