SRM University 2025 Counselling
Counselling for admission into various programmes in SRM University will be organized after the declaration of results. Candidates who will be shortlisted in the merit list are invited for the counselling round on the basis of their score obtained in the entrance test.
To participate in the counseling process, students will be required to register online and pay the required fee. Also, candidates will have to make choice of programme on the basis of seats available at that time in the respective campus. Candidates must verify their documents at the time of document verification during the counselling.

SRM University 2025 Merit List
The university will release merit list for various programmes along with the announcement of results. Only those candidates who will qualify for the entrance test by obtaining the minimum qualifying score get shortlisted in the merit list.
The University will publish separate merit lists for various programmes. Students will be informed about the merit list through Email or SMS. Students successfully shortlisted in the merit list will be called for the counselling process.
SRM University 2025 Counselling Procedure
Candidates selected for counselling process will be required to first register themselves for the counselling round using details like application number, date of birth, programme applied for, rank, etc. Also, students will have to download their counselling letter.
At the time of registration for counselling process, students have to pay the counselling fee. The counselling fee will be paid by the students through online mode by debit/credit card or by demand draft drawn in favor of SRMIST payable at Chennai.
Candidates will be informed about the counselling time and date in the call letter. Seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of rank obtained by the candidate in the merit list.

- Class 10th and 12th marksheet
- SRM Counselling Call Letter
- SRMJEEE 2025 scorecard
- Transfer certificate
- DOB Proof
- Caste certificate etc.
Candidates should note that at the time of counselling if any of the required documents are found false or missing admission of candidates will be cancelled. Admission of those will be also cancelled who will submit the required fees after the deadline.
SRM University 2025 Admission
Admission will be provided to the candidates into the University as per the performance shown in the entrance test. Students are required to score minimum qualifying marks to pass the written test. Also, candidates will have to clear their counselling/interview process to get selected for admission.
During the counselling process, document verification and seat allotment of the candidates can be done. According to the vacancies available in the applied campus seat allotment will be done. To confirm admission, candidates need to pay the admission fee. Also, provisional allotment letter will be issued to the students to confirm their admission to the University.
