SGT University 2025 Application Form

Following are the information related to SGT University application form 2025:

• Candidates will be able to apply through online as well as offline mode.
• SGT University 2025 application form will be released in the first week of December 2024.
• Fill the application form by providing required details such as personal, educational, communicational details etc.
• Applicants must also upload the scanned images of photograph and signature within a prescribed size and format.
• There will be no correction facility provided by the university to rectify mistakes in application form.
• Applicants will be able to fill application form till the second week of June 2025.
• Students should take a hard copy of application form and keep it safe for future reference.

Application Fee:

• SGT University application fee will be Rs. 2100/- & it will be paid through online and offline mode.
• For online transactions, applicants will be able to pay through debit card/ credit card/ net banking.
• For offline transactions, candidates will be able to use Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University” payable at “Gurugram”. 
• Application fee will be non- refundable once paid.

SGT University 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Below we have mentioned the eligibility criteria of SGT University 2025:

UG Courses

For B.Tech Course:

• Qualification: Candidates should have passed class 10+2 examination from a recognized university.
• Marks: Applicants will need to score at least 60% marks in qualifying exam to be eligible.
• Subject:  Students must have Physics/ Mathematics/ Chemistry/ Information Technology etc in qualifying exam.

For BBA Course:

• Qualification: Applicants must have passed class 10+2 examination from a recognized board.
• Marks: Students will be required to obtain at least 60% marks in aggregate in qualifying exam.
• Subject: Candidates should have an English subject in qualifying exam.

PG Courses

For M.Tech Course:

• Qualification: Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Marks: To be eligible, candidates must score at least 60% marks in aggregate to be eligible.  

For MBA Course:

• Qualification: Students should be Graduated in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Marks: Applicants will be required to score at least 55% marks to be eligible.  

SGT University 2025 Admission Procedure

SGT University provides admission on the basis of entrance exam i.e. SGTU-CET. Admission procedure depends on various factors such as application form, fee payment, interview, entrance exam etc. Seats will be allotted to students on the basis of marks obtained by them in university entrance exam.

University also accept the score of national level entrance exam such as CLAT/ MAT/ GATE/ JEE Main/ NIFT. Candidates who have appeared in JEE Main exam will be given preferences. Merit list will be released by the university based on the scores obtained by the candidates in entrance examination.

SGT University 2025 Entrance Exam (SGTU-CET)

SGT University exam 2025 will be conducted in the first week of July 2025. Applicants will be able to appear in exam through online mode. The university conducts its own entrance exam known as SGTU- CET. 

It will be mandatory for students to qualify the entrance exam to get admission in the university. Through this entrance exam, candidates will get admission in various UG and PG courses.

SGT University 2025 Merit List

SGT University merit list 2025 will be published in the first week of August 2025. Merit list will be drawn by the university on the basis of candidates performance in entrance exam/ national level exam. 

Merit list will contain the name of students who successfully qualify the entrance exam. Applicants will be able to check the merit list via online mode. Students whose names will appear in merit list will be able to participate in counselling procedure. 

SGT University 2025 Counselling

SGT University counselling 2025 will be commenced for candidates who will be shortlisted for admission in university. Applicants will be able to participate in counselling on the basis of their rank obtained in merit list. University will allocate seats to candidates based on the merit rank and cut off marks.

 For many courses, the counselling will be organized on different dates according to the schedule. To get admission in Postgraduate courses, candidates will need to qualify the GD and PI rounds. After completing all the rounds, applicants will be required to carry documents for the verification process.
