Punjab ITI 2025 Admission Procedure
The admission procedure of Punjab ITI 2025 will be organised in four rounds and one spot round. Candidates will have to register for online admission and upload certificates to be selected for admission.
The admission procedure will include various steps such as registration, document upload, documents verification, choice filling, seat allotment result, reposting, seat acceptance fee payment etc. The first round of admission will be started in second week of June 2025.

Punjab ITI 2025 Admission Procedure
We have described below the complete admission procedure of Punjab ITI 2025:
Register & Login:
In the first step, students will have to register on the admission portal. Each candidate should create only one registration ID for online registration. After registration, login to the website and fill the counselling-cum admission form by entering personal, qualification and communicational details.
The online registration form of the candidates should be filled carefully by the help desks. In which the candidate’s name, mother’s name, father’s name, category, male-female and details of filled marks etc. should be checked and filled correctly.
Document uploading & Verification:
While applying for registration, students will have to upload all their documents in PDF format. Students will have to select the designated institute for document verification as per the convenience and send the documents. Candidates will also have to submit the document verification fee at the time of registration.
Online Choice Filling:
Once the document gets verified, candidates will be able to check their confirmation status for verification of their documents and fill in the choices for trade and institution according to their eligibility.
View Seat Allotment Result:
After a few days of registration, the seat allotment result will be declared on the basis of eligibility of candidates,verification of documents and choices filled. The selected candidate will have to take a print of seat confirmation according to their seat allotment.
As per the seat allotment result, while taking a printout of the provisional seat allotment letter, the students should confirm on the online admission portal, only then the Admission Slip will be printed.
Reporting & Pay of Seat Acceptance Fee:
In the last step, students will have to physically report at the allotted ITI and submit the seat acceptance fee to confirm their seats in the respective institute. Students are suggested to keep a photocopy of the registration slip, choice filling, provisional seat allotment letter and admission slip for record purposes.

Punjab ITI 2025 Seat Allotment
Punjab ITI Seat Allotment 2025 will be released by the authority for each round for the successfully registered candidates. As per the seat allotment result candidates will have to provide their options to confirm the set
If a student will be allotted a seat in an ITI of their preferences, then the student will have to submit the seat acceptance and admission fee through an online process. Candidates who get their desired seat will not participate in the next counseling.
