• The application form will be accessible by candidates in third week of April 2025.
• Applicants will be able to fill their registration form through online or offline mode.
• Candidates must not forget to upload necessary documents like photograph and signature to complete the application.
• Enter important details like personal, communication, address and qualification details to fill the form.
• No request for change in any details will be accepted by the university after last date of submission.
• Deadline to submit the registration form will be till fourth week of May 2025.
• Students must take a printout of confirmation page of filled in application form for further use.

Application Fee: 

• Online mode will be available for payment of application fee.
• Payment will be done using debit card/credit card/net banking etc.
• The application fee for single courses will be Rs. 600/- for General & OBC candidates and Rs. 400/- for reserved categories.
• Candidates applying for multiple courses will have to pay separate fees for each course.
• Fee once paid will not be refunded.

Pune University 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Students must go through the complete Pune University Eligibility Criteria 2025 before applying for admission: 

• Qualification: Applying candidates must have qualified 12th exam from any recognized board or university.
• Marks Criteria: One must have obtained minimum 60% marks (55% marks for reserved category) to be eligible.
• Appearing: Those candidates appearing in qualifying exam will be also eligible to apply for admission.

Pune University 2025 Admission Procedure 

Pune University Admission Procedure 2025 will be held to provide admission to eligible candidates. Admission procedure will include various steps such as registration, fee payment, merit scores and counselling. 

Admission will be offered to candidates on the basis of merit scores of qualifying examination and performance in entrance exam. To secure admission in PU 2025, candidates will need to obtain a valid score in university level entrance exam (OEE) or other national level exams.

Pune University 2025 Entrance Exam 

Shiv Phule Pune University (SPPU) conducts an Online Entrance Exam (OEE) at university level. The entrance exam will be held via online mode. The question paper will be divided into 2 sections. 

Candidates will be given 2 hours to solve 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). The question paper will be of 100 marks, where Section-A  carries 80 marks and Section-B carries 20 marks. For every wrong answer, negative marking of ¼ of allotted marks will be deducted.

Pune University 2025 Result/ Merit List 

Pune University Result 2025 will be declared in form of a scorecard via online mode. Those candidates who have successfully appeared in entrance exam will be able to download their result in pdf format. The merit list/result will be made available in fourth week of June 2025.

To download the result, candidates will have to enter their login credentials such as application number & password. The merit list of shortlisted candidates will be prepared based on performance in qualifying exam or scores obtained in entrance exam. Final admission will be offered on the basis of merit list only.

Pune University 2025 Cut Off  

Pune University Cut Off 2025 will be published through online mode after the completion of entrance exam. Those candidates who have achieved minimum qualifying cut off marks will be selected for further admission rounds. 

The authority will consider numerous factors for determining cut off marks such as  number of candidates appearing for exam, seats available, difficulty level of exam, total score obtained by candidates in entrance exam etc.

Pune University 2025 Counselling

The university will organise counselling through online mode in first week of July 2025. Merit list will be considered for providing admission to eligible candidates. Pune University Counselling 2025 will include various steps such as registration, seat allotment, choice filling, document verification etc.

It will be mandatory for candidates to participate in counselling rounds. Those candidates who have secured a position in merit list will be able to participate in counselling sessions. The admission will be confirmed only after verification of original documents and fee payment.
