PES University 2025 Application Form

Candidate must read the given instructions related to PES University 2025 Application Form:

• The registration for PES University 2025 will be started in  fourth week of October 2024.
• Students will be able to fill up the registration form for various courses through online mode only.
• Candidates will be allowed to apply for exam only after satisfying the requisite eligibility requirements.
• For registration process, applicants will need to provide details like name, email address, email ID, DOB, Gender, address details etc.
• Candidates must furnish working phone number and email ID while registration as all the important details will be communicated on the same.
• Application form will be filled completely by providing details such as personal, qualification and other details.
• Candidates are advised to recheck all the entries made in application form as no correction facility will be provided by authority.
• Also ensure to retain a printout of filled application form in safe custody for future references.

Application Fee:

• PES University 2025 Application Fee will be deposited through both online & offline mode.
• Candidates have to use online payment gateways such as debit card/credit card/net banking.
• Candidates will also be able to pay fee through Bank Challan/ Demand Draft in favour of “PES University General Fund” payable at PES University.
• Submit an online registration fee of Rs.1200/-, which will be non-refundable.

PES University 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Below, we have mentioned the eligibility criteria for some courses offered at PES University:

For B.Tech Course:

• Qualification: Applicants must have qualified 12th level exam from any recognised board.
• Marks: To be eligible, candidates must pass qualifying examination with a minimum 50% marks in qualifying exam.
• Subjects: One must have Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as compulsory subjects in the qualifying exam.
• Scores: Candidates must have obtained valid scores in PESSAT/KCET/JEE Main exam to be eligible for admission.

For B.Arch Course:

• Qualification: Candidates must have completed diploma level examination from any recognised board to be eligible.
• Percentage: Applying candidates must have obtained atleast 50% marks in qualifying exam to be eligible to apply.
• Subjects: Students must have passed with PCM as mandatory subjects in the qualifying exam.

For MBA Course:

• Qualification: Applying candidates must have passed their bachelor’s degree from any recognised university to apply for admission.
• Percentage: Students must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam
• Scores: Students who have a valid scorecard of PESSAT/ CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ PGCET GRE exam will be eligible for admission.
• Appearing: Students appearing in final examination of graduation in admission year will also be eligible.

For MCA Course:

• Qualification: Applying candidates should have qualified a graduation degree from any recognised university to be eligible to apply.
• Percentage: Applicants must have secured at least 50% marks in qualifying exam.
• Appearing: students who will be appearing for final year of qualifying examination will also be eligible to apply.

How to Apply for PES University 2025

Applicants will have to follow these steps to apply for PES University 2025:

• Visit the website of PES University (link will be given above).
• Click on the link for “Register for PESSAT-2025” on the homepage.
• Then, choose the program to register and click on next button.
• Fill in necessary details such as name, email address, email ID, DOB, Gender, address details, enter username and create password.
• Click on “Submit” button and confirm email ID & mobile number through OTP verification.
• After verification, press the “Fill Application Form” button.
• Fill the application form with all required details such as personal, qualification, communication and other details.
• Upload relevant documents like scanned images of recent passport size photograph and signatures as per the specifications.
• Once uploaded, tap on “Preview/Submit” button, given at the end.
• Cross-check each and every detail furnished in the entrance exam carefully and make necessary changes.
• Click on “Final Submit” button to submit the application form.
• Then, tap on the button for “Pay Fee” and deposit the requisite fee using prescribed modes.
• After successful payment of registration fee, download the application form and also take a printout of the same for further usages.
