OUAT 2026 Application Form

Here, we have mentioned some important guidelines related to OUAT 2026 Application Form:

  • OUAT 2026 registration process will begin in first week of March 2026 for UG courses and third week of May 2026 for PG courses.
  • The registration and form filling process will be entirely done via online mode.
  • It is advisable to applicants to review the eligibility criteria before applying.
  • Application form must be filled accurately with required details like personal and qualifications details.
  • Candidates will be able to select three preferred cities during registration.
  • Uploading of necessary documents in the specified format will be required.
  • No application correction facility will be provided to applicants after the last date. 
  • The deadline for submission of application form will be till third week of April 2026 for UG courses and third week of June 2026 for PG courses.
  • Candidates must take a printout of their completed application form for future references.

Application Fee:

  • OUAT 2026 Application Fee will be transferred via online mode.
  • Aspirants will have to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1500/-, in addition to bank charges.
  • Applicants have to use Internet Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card or UPI for payment.

OUAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria

For UG Courses:

B.Sc. (Hons.)/ Agriculture/ Forestry/ Horticulture:

  • Qualification: One must have passed class 12th or equivalent from any recognized board.
  • Age Limit: The minimum age of candidates must be 17 years as of 31st December 2026.
  • Marks:  Students must have scored minimum 50% marks (40% marks for reserved category).
  • Subjects: Students must pass 12th examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/ Biology as mandatory subjects.
  • Appearing: Those appearing for the qualifying examination will also be eligible to apply for admission.

 B.Tech. (Agriculture Engineering):

  • Qualification: Candidates should pass class 12th or its equivalent exam from any recognized board.
  • Subject: To be eligible, one must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) as mandatory subjects in qualifying exam.
  • Age: Candidates must have attained an age of 17 years as on 31st December 2026 to be eligible to apply.
  • Marks: At least 50% marks (40% marks for reserved category) must be obtained to be eligible for exam.

For PG Courses:

M.Sc. (Agriculture)/ M.Tech (Agriculture Engineering):

  • Qualification: Applicants having a bachelor’s degree in relevant field from any recognized university by the State/ Central government will be eligible.
  • Marks: Candidates must score a minimum of 60% marks (50% marks for reserved category).

OUAT 2026 Exam Pattern

  • Exam Mode: Exam will be held via online mode.
  • Questions Type: Candidates will have to solve Multiple Choice Questions in exam.
  • Medium: Question paper will be in English language.
  • Duration: Students will be given 2 hours to solve the paper.
  • No. of Questions: Total 200 questions will be asked in question paper.
  • Marking Scheme: Students will be awarded 1 mark for each correct answer & there will be no negative marking for wrong answers.

OUAT 2026 Answer Key

Candidates will be able to view OUAT Answer Key 2026 along with response sheet through online mode from the website. It will be accessed by the applicants in third week of June 2026 for UG courses.

OUAT 2026 answer key will comprise of correct answers to all the questions asked in entrance exam. Candidates will be able to raise objections against answer key by paying a non-refundable fee of Rs. 200/- per question.

OUAT 2026 Result

OUAT Result 2026 will be declared for all those candidates who appear for examination via online mode. The results for UG courses will be published in fourth week of July 2026.

To access the result, students will be required to enter their application number & password. Candidates for admission will be selected solely on the basis of Merit list, which will be prepared based on their performance in OUAT 2026 Examination.

OUAT 2026 Cut Off

OUAT cut off 2026 for various UG and PG programs will be published via online mode on the website a few days after the results get declared. To be eligible for further admission processes, candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks.

The board will release a merit list of candidates who have successfully achieved the minimum or higher qualifying marks based on the determined cut off scores.

OUAT 2026 Counselling

OUAT 2026 counselling and Admission details will be published in newspapers and on the website. A common merit list & category wise merit list of candidates will be prepared for all the UG & PG Courses.  OUAT Counselling Process 2026 will be second week of August 2026 for UG courses.

Shortlisted candidates will be able to download their Intimation-cum-Rank Card by using their application number and date of birth. Candidates must attend counselling in person as per the schedule on their intimation–cum rank card. At the time of reporting for counselling process, students must produce all their original documents for verification.
