OJEE Counselling 2025

The OJEE 2025 counselling process will begin for various courses after the display of the merit list. The counselling will be organized via online mode. It will start from 3rd week of June 2025 for UG courses & in July 2025 for PG courses.

Candidates have to fill and lock their choices of colleges and courses as per their rank. As per the choices filled, rank, and availability of seats, candidates are allotted the seats in the colleges of Odisha.

Candidates are advised to carry the required counselling fee and documents at the allotted college to complete the admission formalities.

OJEE Cut Off 2025 will be released for various courses offered under engineering/ medical/ management field. It will be published in the form of opening and closing ranks for various categories.

OJEE 2025 couunselling will begin from first week of July 2025 for B.Tech/ B.Arch/ Int. M.Sc. for candidates having JEE Main All India Rank. A web based counselling is held for various courses. The counselling is conducted to provide admission in all private, government, and sponsored institutions. Counselling registration has been started on different dates for various courses.

Admission is based on the entrance examination and order of merit. If documents produce by the candidates at the time of counselling are found to be false, then their claim for admission will be rejected. Allotment letter is released for various courses.

OJEE Web Counselling Procedure 2025

The OJEE 2025 counselling will be conducted for admission into different courses in Odisha state. Candidates have to fill the online application form in which they have to fill the college or courses of their choice. To appear in the counselling, candidates have to register first on the website. The candidates also have to pay the non-refundable counselling fee of Rs. 450/.

Candidates have to show the original documents at the time of document verification at the nodal centers. Candidates are allotted the seats provisionally and courses at first counselling.

According to the availability of seats in the various courses in the different colleges or institutions, the final allotment of seats is carried out at the final stage. Seat allotment is also released for different rounds on different dates.

OJEE Admission 2025

Candidates who wish to get admission to B.Tech courses have to appear in JEE Main 2025. Admission for those candidates is offered on the basis of the JEE Mains score.

After the seat allocation process, candidates must report to the allotted college/institution on due date & time. Candidates have to submit the original documents to the allotted college with the submission of the admission fee.

  • Mark sheet of 10+2 for the proof of date of birth
  • Passing Certificate of 10+2
