NUCAT 2025 Application Form
Following are the important instructions related to NUCAT application form 2025:
- Candidates are able to fill the registration form from 25th December 2024.
- NUCAT 2025 application form has been released through online mode only.
- Applicants must fulfill the complete eligibility criteria before applying for admission.
- Fill the application form by entering required information i.e. personal, educational, communication details etc.
- Applicants should also upload the scanned images of photograph and signature within a prescribed size and format.
- The university will not provide any correction facility for rectification, so applicants must fill the correct and valid details in application form.
- Students are able to fill the application form till first week of February 2025 for NUCAT Test 1.
- Take a printout of filled application form and keep it safe for other reference.
Application Fee:
- NUCAT 2025 application fee is Rs. 1000/- for each category candidate.
- Students are able to submit the application fee through online mode.
- Online methods to pay fees is Debit card/ Credit card/ Net banking/ UPI.
- Fees once paid is non- refundable under any circumstances.
NUCAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Here we have mentioned the eligibility criteria of NUCAT 2025:
For B.Tech courses:
- Qualification: Candidates must have passed class 12th or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Marks: Applicants need to obtain at least 50% marks in aggregate (40% marks for reserved category) in qualifying exam.
- Age Limit: Candidates must have completed the age of 17 years as on 31st December 2025.
- Subject: Students should have Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/ Biology/ Computer Science/ English etc. in class 12th.
- Appearing: Candidates appearing in class 12th examination are eligible for admission.
For MCA Course:
- Qualification: Applicants must have BCA/ B.Sc. IT/ BCom/ BA degree with Mathematics from a recognized university.
- Marks: To be eligible, applicants need to score minimum of 50% marks in aggregate in qualifying examination.
- Appearing: Candidates appearing in final year of graduation is eligible to apply.
For MBA Course:
- Qualification: Students should have a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Marks: Applicants are required to score atleast 60% marks in aggregate in graduation.
- Appearing: Candidates appearing in final year for graduation are able to apply for admission.
NUCAT 2025 Admission Procedure
NUCAT admission procedure 2025 will be started from first week of January 2025. Interested candidates will be able to fill the application form for a particular course. The university provides admission on the basis of university level entrance exam scores, national level entrance exam scores and merit list.
Admission to B.Tech courses will be given on the basis of NUCAT entrance exam scores. Admission to medical and dental courses is offered on the basis of NEET entrance exam scores.
NUCAT 2025 Entrance Exam (NUCAT)
NITTE university conducts the NUCAT (Common Admission Test) entrance exam to provide admission to students. This exam will be conducted through Computer Based Online Mode. Mainly, NUCAT (NITTE Common Admission Test) will be held to provide admission in various courses including B.Tech courses.
NUCAT will be held three times in a year. Candidates will get two hours to solve the test. There will be only Multiple choice questions in entrance exam. The question paper will consist of 120 questions.
NUCAT 2025 Result/ Merit List
NUCAT result 2025 will be released in the fourth week of June 2025. Candidates will be able to get their results through online mode. Result will include the details such as candidate’s name, marks obtained and other details.
NUCAT result will be published in the form of merit list. To be eligible for further admission procedure, students’ names must be mentioned in the merit list. Merit list will be released separately for different courses. Admission will be provided on the basis of merit list released by the university.
NUCAT 2025 Counselling
NUCAT counselling 2025 will be organized for shortlisted candidates after releasing of final merit list. Applicants will be able to participate in counselling through offline mode. Shortlisted students will be able to download their counselling call letter from the website of university.
To download the letter, students will need to enter their login credentials provided at the time of registration. Shortlisted candidates will be called for counselling & further admission procedure. Applicants will need to carry required original and photocopies of required documents to the allotted center for verification purpose.
