NIFT 2024 Merit List
The merit list will be prepared after the declaration of NIFT 2024 Result. It will be published on the website of NIFT through online mode. The authority will prepare the merit list by giving the weightage of CAT, GAT and Situational Test (GD/PT).
The NIFT 2024 Merit List will be prepared based on the marks scored and rank obtained by the candidates in the NIFT Entrance Examination. After the merit list will be released, shortlisted candidates will be invited to participate in the counselling process.

NIFT Tie Breaking Criteria 2024
The tie breaking criteria is applied when the two or more candidates scoring the same marks in the entrance examination. The tie breaking criteria for NIFT 2024 exam will be as follow:
- The marks obtained by the candidates in the test with higher weightage will be considered.
- If two candidates have equal scores, marks obtained in CAT exam will be considered.
- If the marks in CAT exam are also same, then marks obtained in GAT will be taken.
- If the tie still exists, then marks obtained subject-wise in the following order will be considered- communication ability, comprehension, quantitative ability, analytical ability, general knowledge and current affairs.
NIFT 2024 Cut Off
The cut off of NIFT 2024 will be released through online mode, after the declaration of result. The cut-off will consist of the minimum scores one needs to secure for admission. The candidates will get admission to various campuses of NIFT based on the cut-off marks. The NIFT campuses will release their own opening and closing common merit ranks to offer admission.
