- Only online mode is provided for registration & form submission.
- End date to register will be till first week of May 2026.

Application Fee:
Candidates can submit NEET PG 2026 application fee online using credit card/ debit card/ UPI issued by banks in India. Offline mode is not available.

How to Register for NEET PG 2026
Check below steps to fill NEET PG 2026 application via online mode:
- Visit the online website (Link will be given above)
- Create a new online profile and generate a User Id and Password.
- Now login and register – Click on ‘Go to Application’
- After user creation, continue with the application submission.
- Start filling the application by mentioning your full name, gender, DOB, nationality, email id, mobile number, etc.
- Now upload prescribed images – Photograph, scanned signature, and thumb impression, etc.
- Select test city as per the choice mentioned.
- Pay application fee through the online payment gateways provided.
- Now entire application process is completed, go through the application, and edit if required.
NEET PG 2026 Correction Window
After successful payment of application fee, candidates will be able to edit details in the application form during the correction period. Various details will be allowed to be edited except name, test city, nationality, email id & mobile number.
Also, final edit window will be opened which will enable candidates to re-upload images according to the image upload guidelines provided. No correction facility will be further provided after the last date.
NEET PG 2026 Eligibility Criteria
As the name of exam itself says – ‘National eligibility cum entrance test for PG admissions, lets checkout the eligibility clauses for MD/ MS/ PG diploma admissions:
- Qualifying degree: Candidate must have MBBS degree or provisional MBBS Pass certificate recognised as per the provisions of NMC Act & PG medical education regulations
- Certificate: He/ she must have provisional / permanent registration certificate of MBBS qualification issued by NMC/ MCI/ State medical council
- Internship: Must have completed 1 year internship or likely complete internship on or before 31st July 2026.
- Age criteria: No age limit prescribed.
NEET PG Exam Pattern 2026

- Mode of exam: NEET PG exam is conducted in CBT mode in single day.
- Type of Questions: Exam will have multiple choice questions as per the prescribed scheme.
- Sections: The paper will have five sections – A, B, C, D & E
- Number of questions: There will be 200 MCQs with 4 response options in English language. Each section will have 40 questions.
- Exam time allotted: Candidates are given 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete the exam. 42 minutes of time will be allotted for each section.
- Marking Scheme: 4 marks will be awarded for each correct response. For every incorrect response, 1 mark will be deducted.
