NEET Correction Window: NEET UG 2025 candidates who have submitted the application form and have made mistakes, can now edit their forms via online mode.
The National Testing Agency is providing candidates with an application correction facility. The window is open for 3 days.
Correction window link was activated on 09th March, candidates have till 11th March to edit their NEET 2025 application forms.
The NEET correction window link is active at neet.nta.nic.in. Once you make the necessary corrections and submit the form, a confirmation page will be generated. After the confirmation page is generated, no further changes or requests will be accepted by the authority.
Please check your photograph and signature before submission of the Application Form. In case the photograph or signature is blurred or not visible to identify the identity of the candidate, then, the application will be rejected and no option for correction or revision will be permitted.

How To Access NEET Correction Window 2025
Follow the steps given below to edit your NEET application form:
- Go to the NTA NEET 2025 official website.
- On the homepage scroll down.
- Look for the “candidate activity” section.
- Click on the “NEET(UG)-2025 Application Correction” link.
- A login window will appear on the screen.
- Enter the required credentials and click on “login”.
- Your NEET application form will appear.
- Make the required changes & review form.
- Pay fees if required & click on “submit” option.
- Save the submission page for further use.

Candidates whose application forms will be accepted by the authority will be eligible to take the exam. As per the NEET 2025 schedule, the exam will be held on 04th May 2025 in pen and paper-based offline mode.
