The National Testing Agency today 07th February 2025 has released the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test application form for 2025 session in online mode. There is no offline mode available to submit the form.
NEET 2025 registration form has been released at neet.nta.nic.in. The application form is available for candidates for 30 days.
Candidates who want to fill out the NEET admission form 2025 are required to meet the eligibility requirements. NTA has also released the NEET 2025 eligibility criteria officially via the information bulletin.
As per the NEET schedule, candidates can submit their application forms until March 7, 2025 (11:50 PM) and pay the application fee until March 7, 2024 (11:50 PM). The application fee varies by category. Below are the NEET 2025 application fees:

How to Register For NEET 2025
Following is the step by step guide on how to fill NEET 2025 application form below:
- Go to the NTA NEET 2025 website.
- On the homepage, scroll down.
- Look for the “candidates activity” section.
- Inside it click on the “NEET registration 2025” link.
- A candidate login portal will displayed.
- Select the “new registration” option.
- Read the instructions & generate credentials.
- Login with the application number & date of birth.
- NEET application form will be displayed.
- Fill in the application by entering required details.
- Attach the original correct document.
- Review the form & pay NEET application fees.
- Once done “submit” the form.
- Save the confirmation page for further use.

Candidates are advised to keep and copy of the NEET form submission page and fee receipt for further use. Once the registration window is closed no requests will be entertained by the authority.
After the registration window is closed NTA will provide candidates with the facility of NEET application correction from 09th to 11th March 2025. Candidates are informed that with the help of the edit facility, they are not allowed to change all the fields. Only a list of a few fields will be editable so while applying make the form error-free.
Only candidates who will sucessfully submit the application form will be eligible to take the examination. NEET UG 2025 will be held on 04th May 2025. Mode of exam will be offline (pen and paper based test).
