Below we have provided details about NEET 2025 Registration including dates, process, eligibility & documents required.

NEET 2025 Application Form

Before candidate start filling out the application make sure to read the instructions given below:

• Candidates can apply for NEET 2025 only through online mode.
• Application forms are not provided through any offline mode.
• NEET 2025 registration has commenced on 07th February 2025.
• Fill in all the required details carefully in the application form.
• Candidates should upload scanned images of photograph, signature, thumb & finger impression & other required documents in the prescribed format.
• NTA has also provided the correction facility only in some particular fields.
• Candidates make sure to verify their Mobile Number & Email ID through OTP as it is a very important step while filling out the NEET application 2025.
• At last, candidates must download their confirmation page after the successful fee payment. Confirmation page will also be available in the Digi locker of the candidate.
• Candidates should provide their correct mobile number & email address for further communication.

NEET Application Fee:

• The application fee can be paid through online mode using debit/credit card & net banking.
• GST & processing fees is also paid by the candidates.
• If the confirmation page is not generated after successful payment of the fee, then the candidates can approach their concerned bank helpline centre for payment regarding queries.

NEET 2025 Application Correction

After completing the application form filling process including fee payment, NTA has opened the correction window. NEET Application Correction window is open from 09th to 11th March 2025. The correction facility has been provided for a few days, no further correction will be allowed later.

Only a few details are editable in the application form. Any changes in Medium of Question Paper will not be allowed. Only online mode is available to edit the application, no offline request will be entertained regarding correction.

Documents Required while filling the Application:

• Signature
• Left and Right hand Fingers and Thumb impression
• Recent passport size photograph
• Postcard size photograph
• Class 10th Mark sheet & passing certificate
• Address Proof (Present and Permanent Address)
• Citizenship Certificate (if required)
• Category Certificate (if required)
• PwBD Certificate (wherever required)

Specifications for Uploading Images:

• A recent photograph in color or black & white with 80% face visibility. Image should be taken on a white background.
• Photograph & signature should be scanned in JPG/JPEG format.
• The size of images should be as photograph (10 – 200KB), signature (10 – 50KB) & PwD certificate (50 – 300 KB).

NEET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must ensure to read out the eligibility before filling the application form:

• Age Limit: The minimum age limit prescribed for medical courses is 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December 2025.
• Nationality: Indian, OCI & NRI candidates are eligible to apply.
• Qualification: Candidates must have passed 12th or equivalent exam from recognized board.
• Appearing: 12th class appearing candidates are also eligible to apply.
• Subject: Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English are mandatory subjects in the 12th class.
• Marks: 50% marks for general and 40% marks for reserved category candidates is mandatory.

How to Apply for NEET 2025

Candidates can follow the given below step by step process to fill the application:

• Visit the website of NEET 2025 (Link is given above).
• Go through the candidate activity section & click on the “NEET(UG)-2025 Registration and Online Application Form” option.
• Read the instructions carefully & click on “Click here to Proceed” button.
• Verify your identity through OTP and proceed.
• Fill in your personal, ID, qualification, exam cities, contact, guardian & other required details.
• Upload the scanned documents in the prescribed specifications & formats.
• Candidates must upload the images with clear visibility otherwise the uploaded images will get rejected by the system.
• Review your filled details carefully in the application form.
• Verify your Email ID & Mobile Number by receiving the OTP.
• Now, go through the application fee payment page.
• Pay the application fee via debit card, credit card, net banking, Paytm services & others.
• After the successful payment of application fee, confirmation page will be generated.
• A copy of confirmation page will be sent to the candidate’s registered Email ID.
