• Qualification: To be eligible, candidates must pass class 12^th of senior secondary exam or its equivalent from any recognized board.
• Age Limit: There will be no age limit to apply as per the New Education policy.
• Subject: In qualifying exam, candidates must have English as core/ functional/ elective as a mandatory subject.
• Medical Fitness: At the time of Registered Medical Practitioner, a medical fitness certificate will be required.

• Visit the website of NCHMCT JEE (Link will be given above).
• Press “NCHMCT JEE 2025 Registration” link on the homepage.
• Start with registration procedure by entering basic information to generate application number.
• Fill application form with details such as personal details, academic qualification, communication details and other information.
• Upload scanned documents such as photograph, signature, category certificate and PWD certificate, etc.
• Documents should be uploaded between 4 KB to 30 KB in JPG/ JPEG format only.
• Category certificate should be uploaded under 50 KB to 300 KB in application form.
• Complete procedure by submitting prescribed amount of application fee.
• Recheck filled details and press “Submit” button.
• After submitting fee, a confirmation page will be generated.
• Take a hardcopy of form and keep it safe till further usage in admission.
