MSRUAS 2025 Application Form

Following are the important details related to MSRUAS application form 2025:

• The MSRUAS 2025 registration form has been started for various UG & PG courses.
• Applicants are able to apply via online mode only.
• Fill the application form by providing the details such as personal, academic, communicational details etc.
• Applicants are advised to fill the details carefully in application form, as any mistake will lead to disqualification.
• All the communication details i.e. email and mobile number should be valid and working.
• The last date to apply for the exam will be 6th April 2025 for Session 1.
• For session 2, candidates will be able to apply till 20th April 2025. 
• Candidates must keep a hard copy of the application form and keep it safe for further reference.

Application Fee:

• The MSRUAS 2025 application fee is Rs. 2000/-.
• Candidates are able to submit application fees through online mode only.

How to Apply for MSRUAS 2025 Admission

Following is the step by step procedure to apply for MSRUAS 2025 Admission:

• Visit the website of MSRUAS (link is available above).
• Select the course you want to apply for.
• Verify the eligibility as per the course you are applying for.
• Now enter the required details asked to be filled in form.
• Submit the application fee through online mode.

MSRUAS 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must go through the eligibility criteria of MSRUAS 2025:

For B.Tech: 

• Qualification: Applicants should have passed class 12th level examination from a recognized board.
• Subject: Candidates must have passed Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one from Chemistry, Electronics, Biology and Computer Science. 
• Marks: Students will need to obtain at least 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category) in their class 12th exam.
• Scores: Comedk, KCET & JEE Mains scores will be considered.

For M.Tech:

• Qualification: Students must have passed B.Tech/ B.E degree from a recognized university/ institute.
• Subject: Candidates should have passed with a related specialization/ discipline.
• Marks: Applicants will have to obtain at least 50% marks in qualifying exam.

For MBA: 

• Qualification: Applicants must have completed the graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Marks: Candidates will be required to obtain at least 50% aggregate marks in graduation.

MSRUAS 2025 Entrance Exam

The university conducts its university level entrance exam called Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences Admission Test (RUASAT). The RUASAT exam will be held via online CBT mode. It will be conducted twice in a year i.e. session 1 and session 2. 

Session 1 will be conducted in the second week of April 2025 and session 2 will be held in the 4th week of May to 1st week of June 2025. To get admission in MSRUAS, it will be mandatory to qualify the entrance exam. 

MSRUAS 2025 Result/ Merit List

The MSRUAS 2025 result will be released through online mode. Candidates will be able to check their RUASAT result after a few days of commencement of exam. The MSRUAS result will be announced in the form of merit list.

The authority will not provide the result to the applicants via any offline mode. Students will have to enter their login credentials to access the result. The result will contain the marks obtained by applicants in entrance examination.

MSRUAS 2025 Counselling

MSRUAS counselling 2025 will be organized for the qualified candidates only. Applicants will have to register first to participate in the counseling procedure. Applicants whose name will appear in the merit list will be eligible for counselling. CAT, MAT, CLAT & SLAT scores will be considered for providing admission in relevant courses.

Based on the merit list, the authority will invite the applicants. Qualified candidates will receive an invitation email for counseling. Applicants will have to pay registration fee before the last date given on the provisional offer letter.

• Class 10 / SSLC Marks Card
• Two-Year PUC or Class 12 Marks Card
• Diploma Marks Cards(for Lateral Entry Admissions)
• Study Certificates (if applicable)
• Transfer Certificate (From last attended educational institution)
• Migration Certificate (for students from Non-Karnataka PU Boards)
• Copy of Aadhaar Card
