MP PAT 2025 Application Form

Applicants must go through the important information related to MP PAT application form 2025:

• MP PAT 2025 application form will be released through online mode.
• Candidates will be able to fill registration form in the last week of April 2025.
• Enter the basic details in registration form such as name, date of birth, mobile number, email address etc.
• Fill the application form by providing personal, educational, communication details etc.
• Along with required details, also upload the scanned images of photograph and signature within specific size and format.
• Correction facility will be also provided by the authority to correct mistakes (if any) in application form.
• The last date of submission of application form will be in the second week of May 2025.
• Candidates must take a printout of their form and keep it safe for future reference.

• MP PAT application fee will be paid through online mode.
• Applicants will be able to submit application fee by using Debit card/ Credit card/ Internet banking.

MP PAT 2025 Application Correction

The correction facility for MP PAT application form will be provided in the fourth week of April 2025 to second week of May 2025. Candidates are advised to edit details within given time period. Afterwards, no opportunity will be given to candidates to correct mistakes. 

Applicants must enter the correct and valid details in application form. The board will provide only one opportunity to correct mistakes. Students will be able to make corrections through online mode.

For B.Sc. Agriculture:

• Qualification: Applicants should have passed class 12th or equivalent from a recognized board.
• Subject: Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry and any one of Biology/ Mathematics/ Agriculture as compulsory subjects in class 12th.
• Appearing: Students appearing in class 12th in 2025 will also be eligible to apply.

For B.Tech in Agriculture Engineering:

• Qualification: To be eligible, students will need to qualify class 12th level examination from any recognized board.
• Subject: Candidates should have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as compulsory subjects.

Students must follow the given step by step procedure to apply for MP PAT 2025:

• Visit the website of MP PAT (link will be mentioned above).
• On the homepage, click on “Online form” button.
• Fill the required details in application form such as personal, educational, communicational details etc.
• Upload the scanned images of photograph and signature within a prescribed size and format.
• Candidates will need to upload class 8th/ 10th or 12th marksheet and caste certificate.
• Cross check the entered details in application form to avoid rejection.
• After verifying the details in form, click on “Submit” button.
