MHT CET 2026 Application Form

Here are some important guidelines related to filling the MHT CET 2026 Registration Form:

  • MH CET Application Form 2026 must be submitted via online mode, as offline submissions will not be permitted.
  • Students will be able to fill the registration form in fourth week of December 2025.
  • It is advised to meet the prescribed eligibility requirements before submitting the form.
  • Applicants must provide educational, personal and contact details while completing the application form.
  • Candidates will be required to upload a passport size photograph and signature in the application form.
  • A facility to modify incorrect details in application form will also be provided in first week of March 2026.
  • Applicants are recommended to finalize and submit their application forms by the last date i.e, second week of February 2026.
  • A printed copy of completed form should be kept for future reference during the admission process.

  • MHT CET Application fee will be remitted through online mode.
  • For payment, applicants will have to use a debit/ credit card, net banking facility only.

MHT CET 2026 Application Correction

Applicants who make mistakes while filling the application form will be able to correct it from the MHT CET Correction Window 2026. The application correction window will be opened in first week of March 2026 via online mode.

MHT CET syllabus 2026 will consist of entire curriculum of 12th grade for Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics, including 11th standard syllabus with approximately 20% weightage, encompassing specific chapters/units for each subject.

MHT CET 2026 Admit Card

All the successfully registered applicants will be issued a MH CET Admit Card 2026 in second week of April 2026. Students will be able to access their admit card via online mode using their login credentials. 

Candidates should note that it will be mandatory for them to bring the Admit Card and valid Photo ID proof in original for identity verification to the examination center on the day of examination.

MHT CET 2026 Answer Key

After the completion of exam, the authority will release the answer key along with response sheet through online mode. It will be released in April/ May 2026 on the website, allowing candidates to estimate their tentative scores.

To access the answer key, candidates must enter their admit card number, mobile number, and date of birth. If candidates have objections to any answers, they will be able to raise objections against. After addressing all objections, the final MH CET answer key 2026 will be released.

MHT CET 2026 Result

MHT CET Result 2026 will be announced in the first week of June 2026. The result will be available to applicants through online mode on the website, which will be accessed through login.

The authority will declare the result in a percentile format. A merit list will also be released based on MHT CET 2026 scores. Candidates will be able to participate in the admission process based on the final merit list.

MHT CET 2026 Cut Off

MH CET Cut Off 2026 will be released a few days before counselling. Separate cut off lists will be published for All India and Maharashtra candidates. Candidates meeting the cut off marks will be eligible for counselling.

Students will be able to check the cut off through online mode only from the website. The cut off marks will depend on factors such as candidate category, exam difficulty, seat availability and the number of candidates appearing for entrance exam.

MHT CET 2026 Counselling

MHT CET 2026 counselling will be organized in second week of June 2026, involving three rounds of counselling and seat allotment. The counselling process will include online registration, document uploading and fee payment.

Candidates must bring documents for verification, after which choice filling and seat allotment will proceed. Allotted candidates will have to confirm their admission online by paying fees and reporting to their allotted institute.

Students will be required to submit documents like 10th/ 12th marksheets and certificates, MHT CET 2026 result & admit card, character certificate, migration certificate, category certificate and domicile certificate during counselling for verification.
