Students must satisfy the given MH CET Law Eligibility Criteria 2026 before registration:

For 3-Year LLB Course:

• Nationality: Applicants must be citizens of India.
• Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university will be required.
• Marks: A minimum of 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam will be necessary (40% for reserved categories).

For 5-Year LLB Course:

• Nationality: One must hold a citizenship of India.
• Qualification: Students must have completed class 10+2 or equivalent from an institute in Maharashtra.
• Marks: A minimum of 45% aggregate marks will be required (40% for ST/ SC candidates and 42% for OBC candidates).

The hall ticket will be a mandatory document for candidates appearing for MH CET Law 2026 exam. Admit card will be available to applicants in second week of April 2026 via online mode for both 5 year and 3 year courses.
