  • MH CET Law Application Form 2026 will be available to the applicants via online mode.
  • The board will release the application form in fourth week of December 2025 for 3-year LLB and in first week of January 2026 for 5-Year LLB.
  • Students will be required to meet MH CET Law 2026 exam criteria before filling the registration form.
  • One must fill their application form with accurate personal and educational qualification details.
  • Applicants will also be allowed to make corrections to their application forms in first week of April 2026 for a limited time period.
  • The deadline to submit the application for 3-year LLB program will be till fourth week of March 2026.
  • Students should print a copy of their application form and keep it for future records.

Application Fee:

  • MH CET Law 2026 application processing fee must be paid via online mode.
  • Fee will be paid using Internet Payment, Credit/ Debit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards or Mobile Wallets.
  • Service charges may apply in addition to the processing fees.
  • Under any circumstances, fee will be non-refundable and non-transferable.

Students must satisfy the given MH CET Law Eligibility Criteria 2026 before registration:

For 3-Year LLB Course:

  • Nationality: Applicants must be citizens of India.
  • Qualification: A Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university will be required.
  • Marks: A minimum of 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying exam will be necessary (40% for reserved categories).

For 5-Year LLB Course:

  • Nationality: One must hold a citizenship of India.
  • Qualification: Students must have completed class 10+2 or equivalent from an institute in Maharashtra.
  • Marks: A minimum of 45% aggregate marks will be required (40% for ST/ SC candidates and 42% for OBC candidates).
  • Appearing: Students appearing for their qualifying exams will also be eligible to apply.

MH CET Law Syllabus 2026 will comprise of topics related to legal subjects including General Knowledge & Current Affairs, Logical and Analytical Reasoning, Legal Aptitude and Reasoning and English.
