MGSU 2025 Application Form

- MGS University Application Form 2025 for various UG & PG courses will be filled through online mode only.
- Candidates must satisfy eligibility norms as prescribed to apply for a particular course.
- The registration form will be filled with personal, qualification, communication and other required details.
- The university will not provide any correction facility, so candidates must ensure to fill the form carefully and correctly.
- Candidates will also be required to upload necessary documents like photograph and signature in prescribed format.
- Applicants are advised to submit their application form before last date, otherwise late fee will be charged.
- The last date to submit application form without late fee will be till the month of February 2025.
- A hardcopy of filled in application form must be kept safe for future reference.
Application Fee:
- Application fee will be Rs. 100/- for each category candidate.
- Candidates will have to pay an application fee via offline mode only. No online mode will be provided.
- Offline payment will be made through Challan/Demand Draft.
- Once submitted, application fee will be non-refundable/transferable.
MGSU 2025 Eligibility Criteria
From given section, candidates can check MGS University Eligibility Criteria 2025 for various courses:
For BA (Hons) Courses:
- Qualification: Applying candidates must have passed 12th level from any recognised board.
- Marks: To be eligible, one must have passed the qualifying examination with 48% aggregate marks.
For BA.LLB Course:
- Qualification: One must have completed 12th standard from any recognized board to be eligible to apply.
- Marks: Candidates must have secured a minimum of 48% aggregate marks in qualifying exam.
For MCA Course:
- Qualification: Applicants must have completed graduation from any recognized university.
- Marks: At least 55% marks in aggregate must be obtained in qualifying examination.
- Subjects: Students must have Mathematics as compulsory subjects in 12th level or graduation.
For MBA Courses:
- Qualification: Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree of minimum three years in any discipline to be eligible for admission.
- Marks: Applicants must have obtained 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying degree to apply for program.
MGSU 2025 Admission Procedure
MGSU Admission Procedure 2025 will be stated after the successful completion of registration process. The university will organise admission procedures on the basis of merit scores of qualifying examination or entrance exam scores.
Admission procedure will include registration, fee payment, merit list declaration, Interview and GD round. Only those candidates who will get shortlisted in merit list will be invited to participate in counselling session. Final admission will be offered after completing all rounds of admission procedures.
MGSU 2025 Entrance Exam
Maharaja Ganga Singh University, Bikaner conducts its own university level entrance exam to provide admission into Ph.D/ M.Phil. courses. Candidates seeking admission into various UG and PG courses will be given on the basis of merit of qualifying exam & entrance exam scores.
Candidates interested to appear for entrance examination will have to fill an application form through online mode. Entrance exam will be conducted via online mode only. The university also accepts national level entrance exam scores for admission to UG & PG Courses.
MGSU 2025 Result/ Merit List
MGSU Result 2025 will be declared for those candidates who will appear in entrance examination. Candidates will be able to check their results through online mode in first week of April 2025. It will be downloaded from the website by entering login credentials.
A merit list of shortlisted candidates will also be prepared by MGSU for admission into UG & PG courses. The university will display a separate merit list for each course offered at university in PDF format. MGSU Merit List will decide selection status of candidates for admission.
MGSU 2025 Counselling
Candidates will be able to participate in MGSU Counselling 2025 through online mode only. Those students whose names will be present in merit list will be invited to participate in counselling sessions.
The seat will be allotted to eligible candidates during counselling session. Seat allotted candidates will be required to report at the allotted center and provide their original documents for verification. After the document verification process, seats will be confirmed.
