Himachal Pradesh MBBS /BDS 2025 Admission will be started via online mode. It will be started by Atal Medical & Research University. Himachal Pradesh is a state in North India. Admission Procedure
The candidates who want to join M.B.B.S & B.D.S courses in the state of Himachal Pradesh will have to appear and subsequently qualify for the NEET exams. Himachal Pradesh MBBS/BDS Admission 2025
Eligibility:
- Candidates applying for medical and dental seats must be Indian citizens.
- Candidates must be at least 17 years of age as on December 31, 2025.
- The candidates must be domicile of Himachal Pradesh (In case of Management quota seats, where students who are not domicile of Himachal Pradesh will also be eligible to apply.
- Bonafide candidates of Himachal Pradesh whose parents have been posted outside on account of All India Services are also eligible to apply for M.B.B.S/B.D.S seats in 2025.
- Candidates must have passed Class 12 or equivalent with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology and English from a board recognized by the Central/State government.
- Candidates must have passed in each of the mentioned individual subjects securing a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (for unreserved category), 45% (for Physically Handicapped (PH), unreserved) and 40% (for the reserved category including PH reserved) in them.
- Candidates must have secured the required minimum percentile qualified in the NEET 2025 UG examination.
Selection Process
The candidates who will be interested to apply for Medical and Dental courses in Himachal Pradesh should first appear and qualify in the NEET 2025 exams. Then they should apply for HP MBBS BDS 2025 through online application and pay the application fee.
The successful candidates who will follow the procedure are included in the merit list of Himachal Pradesh MBBS BDS 2025 will be eligible for counselling process which based on merit cum preference of the candidates. The candidate then will have to appear physically before the authorities with original certificates along with copies in order to verify them. After successful verification of the documents the candidates will allotted seats by the authorities.
