• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have qualified class 10+2 level or its equivalent exam from any recognised board, 
• Subjects: Candidates need to have Physics, Mathematics, and English as compulsory subjects.
• Marks: Candidates must have qualified class 12 with at least 50% marks.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in class 12th are also eligible to apply for the exam.

Eligibility Criteria for M.Tech:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for M.Tech should have Graduated in B.Tech/ B.E with relevant branches from any recognised university/ institute are eligible to apply.
• Marks: Candidates with 50% marks aggregate marks in the qualifying exam will be eligible to apply.
• GATE Weightage: Candidates with GATE scores will be given weightage (under general category only).

• Educational Qualification: To be eligible to apply, applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
• Marks: Candidates must have achieved an aggregate of 50% marks in their qualifying exams.
