MAH MCA CET 2025 Counselling
The Counselling procedure will be conducted for successfully registered candidates only. Candidates will be able to participate in counselling through online mode by registering themselves in counselling portal. Counselling procedure will be conducted in various rounds based on the availability of seats after each round of counselling.
After the announcement of the result, authority will start Centralized Admission process (CAP) for the qualified candidates. This process will be composed of the choice filling & locking, document verification process and confirmation of admission.

Instructions Regarding Counselling
The Directorate of Technical Education will publish the provisional seat allotment list on their website. Candidates will be called for the counselling as per their performance in the written examination. Provisional merit list will be released in second week of July 2025.
Authority will start the counselling registration process from first week of July 2025. Candidates will be able to register on the website by entering their MAH MCA CET 2025 roll number, registration number and date of birth. Candidates are advised to register themselves on time.
Candidates also instructed to check the eligibility criteria of that particular university for which candidate will apply. Seat allotment will be released in second week of August 2025 for cap round II. It will be released in third week of August 2025 CAP Round-III.
MAH MCA CET 2025 Admission Procedure
The admission selection process will be completely based on the marks secured by the candidate in the entrance examination. On the basis of rank of candidate and availability of the seats in the colleges, the admission will be provided to the shortlisted candidates.
Candidates will have to pay the counselling fee and submit the original documents. The admission will be given only on fulfilling the complete eligibility criteria prescribed by the authority. It will be necessary to get registered on the website and get verified the documents followed by the application confirmed at Facilitation Center.
