Colleges Accepting Low JEE Main Score
Check out the list of top engineering colleges in India that accept low JEE scores:
Private Colleges: There are many private institutions that have their own entrance exam, which candidates can clear easily, as well as those that give admission based on JEE Main scores. Some of them are VIT Vellore, Manipal University, and SRM University.
State-Level Colleges: With JEE Main scores and cutoffs, universities such as the University of Pune, University of Rajasthan, and UPTU (through UPCET) accept JEE Main scores with lower cutoffs.
IIITs and GFTIs – Not all the IIITs have high cutoffs; some offer admission to candidates with relatively lower JEE Main ranks. For example, IIIT Kalyani and IIIT Sri City are known for admitting candidates with lower scores. Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs) also accept students with lower JEE Main ranks, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.
Also note that there are also many institutions that give admission without JEE Main scores, so if any of you have failed the JEE Main 2025 session examination, you can apply.
