University offers admission in UG, PG and doctoral programmes in Arts, Education, Law, Science, Commerce and Management and Social Science. Admission to these courses is offered through merit or entrance exam scores. 

University conducts its own university level entrance exam for admission into B.Ed-M.Ed, M.Ed, Pre.M.P.Ed and PhD. courses. Admission will also be given through other national level entrance exams i.e. XAT/ GMAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ CAT/ ATMA etc.

Kota University 2025 Application Form

Applicants must go through important instruction related to Kota University Application Form 2025:

• Candidates will be able to fill application form of Kota University through online mode.
• Application form filling and submission will be started in month of May 2025.

Application Fee:

• Application fee of Kota University 2025 will be paid through online mode.
• For payment, candidates have to use debit card/ credit card or net banking option.
• Registration fee will be Rs. 500/- for each category.

Kota University 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying, candidates must satisfy the given Kota University Eligibility Criteria 2025:

For B.Pharm Course:

• Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 level exam or equivalent from any recognised board will be eligible.
• Marks Criteria: At least 55% marks must be obtained in qualifying exam passed from Rajasthan State or bonafied resident of Rajasthan (60% marks for others).
• Subjects: One must have English as one of the subject and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and/or Biology as optional subjects individually to apply.

For M.Com Course:

• Qualification: Applicants must have Graduation degree in Commerce to be eligible for admission.
• Marks: A minimum of 48% marks must be obtained in qualifying exam passed from Rajasthan State or bonafied resident of Rajasthan (60% marks for others).

For MBA Course: 

• Qualification: Applying candidates must be a Bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline to be eligible.
• Marks: To be eligible, candidates must have 48% marks in qualifying exam passed from Rajasthan State or bonafied resident of Rajasthan (60% marks for others).

Kota University 2025 Admission Procedure 

Kota University Admission Procedure 2025 will be organised to provide admission to eligible candidates into various programmes. University will organise the admission process for those candidates who have appeared for National/ State Level entrance examinations. 

Merit scores of qualifying examinations will also be considered for admission. It will be organised in various rounds i.e. registration, fee payment, merit/ entrance exam, personal interview & counselling. Final admission will be offered after completion of counselling procedure. 

Kota University 2025 Entrance Exam

Kota University conducts its own university level entrance examination for admission to B.Ed-M.Ed, M.Ed, Pre.M.P.Ed and PhD. courses. For admission to other courses, merit of qualifying examination or national level entrance test scores will be considered.

Candidates seeking admission to MBA & M.Tech courses will have to appear for CMAT & GATE exam. Admission to MCA programmes will be offered through NIMCET and RMCAAT entrance exam. Exam will be conducted through online mode. Candidates have to fill an online application form to appear for this exam. 

Kota University 2025 Result/ Merit List

The university will prepare a merit list of selected candidates based on percentile scores of qualifying examination and university/national level entrance exam. Kota University Merit List will be published separately for various UG, PG and certificate courses.

Candidates will be able to check their names in merit list through online mode from the website. University will organised counselling session for all those candidates whose names will be listed in merit list.

Kota University 2025 Cut Off

University of Kota will publish a cut off list which will carry minimum passing marks required for admission. Those candidates who want to get admission in Kota University will have to meet the minimum cut off marks as prescribed by the university.

It will be compulsory for candidates to secure equal to or more than cut off marks to be eligible to secure admission. Kota University Cut Off 2025 will be affected by several factors i.e. number of candidates applying, percentile scores of qualifying exam or entrance exam, seats availability, reservations etc.

Kota University 2025 Counselling

Kota University Counselling 2025 will be organised in fourth week of August 2025 through online mode only. Only those candidates who have obtained minimum passing marks in qualifying exam or university/ national level entrance exam and shortlisted in merit list will be invited for counselling sessions.

Seat allocation process will be done only on the basis of merit list. To secure admission in Kota University, candidates will have to get their original documents verified during the counselling session and submit the requisite fee.
