KIIT University Counselling 2025
Counselling process for KIIT Admission 2025 will be started after the declaration of results and selection of students for the counselling process. The complete schedule of counselling will be published on the university website. Candidates will have to download their call letter and submit with the necessary documents to the University.
To be eligible for the counselling round, candidates will have to get shortlisted in the rank list released by the university. During the counselling process candidates will have to submit their necessary documents for the document verification process.

KIIT University 2025 Merit List
To be eligible to participate in the counselling process, candidates must get shortlisted in merit list/ rank list released by the University. KIIT 2025 Result will be published on different dates for Phase I & II for B.Tech course.
Students who will successfully get shortlisted in the merit list will be called for counselling. In case of one or more candidates securing equal marks in the test, inter-se merit of such candidates will be determined.
KIIT University will release a separate rank list for various courses. Candidates will be shortlisted in the rank list on the basis of performance of students in the KIITEE 2025 entrance exam. The merit list will be checked by the students via online mode.
KIIT University 2025 Counselling Procedure
Counselling procedure of KIIT University 2025 will be organised after the selection of the students in the merit list. Students shortlisted in the merit list will be informed about the complete schedule of counselling from the website.
On the counselling day, students will require to be present at the allotted counselling venue half an hour prior to the starting of counselling process. Students must be present at the venue with all the required documents.
The counselling procedure will consist of document verification and seat allotment process. Seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of performance in the entrance test and rank obtained in the rank list.
The selection procedure of MBA programme will be based on the basis of their KIITEE Management/ KIITEE/ CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ GMAT Scores. Those candidates who will qualify any one of the above exams will be eligible for appearing in the Group Discussion. Personal Interview and Writing Ability Test.
Successful candidates will be intimated of their final selection through an admission offer letter. All the candidates who will be offered admission will need to confirm and accept the offer for taking admission to the programme through “Acceptance Letter” and other documents.

KIIT University 2025 Seat Reservation
The seats in KIIT University 2025 will be distributed among different categories of candidates as follows:
- 15% of seats will be reserved for Scheduled Caste
- 7.5% seats will be reserved for Scheduled Tribe
- 3% seats will be reserved for Physically Challenged candidates
- 30% seats of each category will be reserved for women candidate
