KIIT University 2025 Exam Date has been announced for UG, PG & MBA course. It will be held on 11-13th January 2025 for MBA. For UG & PG courses, It will be held from 16th to 20th April 2025 for Phase I. Check other dates below.

The university organizes university level admission procedures to offer admission into various UG, PG and Doctoral programmes. The university conducts its own entrance exam for admission to various courses in fields of Engineering & Technology, Architecture, Law, Science, Design, Pharmacy, Commerce etc. To provide admission into various courses, the university also conducts its own entrance exam called KIITEE. Admission will also be offered on the basis of national level exams scores such as NEET/NATA/GATE etc.

KIIT University 2025 Application Form 

Following are the important instruction related to KIIT University Application Form 2025:

• The application form for KIITEE 2025 exam is accessible by candidates from 11th November 2024 for Phase-I and for Phase-II, it will be started from first week of April 2025 .
• KIIT University 2025 Registration for MBA course has been started from 20th September 2024.
• The last date to register for KIIT University 2025 will be till 6th January 2025 for MBA course.
• Registration form can be filled by candidates through online mode only.
• Candidates have to enter personal, educational, email ID and other required details while filling the form.
• All the relevant documents like signature and photograph must be uploaded in JPG/ JPEG format.
• Details entered in application form must be correct and valid, as no correction facility will be provided later.
• The deadline to submit the application form will be till 8th April 2025 for Phase-I and till 8th June 2025 for Phase II.
• Do not forget to take a hardcopy of filled application form and keep it safe for further usage.

Application Fee: 

• Application fee can be submitted through online as well as offline mode.
• Candidates applying for MBA Courses have to pay Rs. 1250/- as application fee.
• There is no fee payable for B.Tech courses.
• Online fee can be paid using Credit card/ debit card/ net banking gateways.
• Candidates have to send Demand Draft (DD) in favor of “KIIT School of Management”, payable at Bhubaneswar for offline payment.

KIIT University 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must check the below KIIT University Eligibility Criteria 2025 before filling form:

For B.Tech Course:

• Age Limit: Candidates must be born on or after 1st July 2004 are eligible to apply.
• Qualification: Applicants must have qualified their intermediate level exam or equivalent from any recognized board in year 2023, 2024 are eligible to apply.
• Subject: One must have passed qualifying exam with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
• Marks: Applicants who secure a minimum of 60% marks are eligible. 

For BCA Course:

• Qualification: One must have cleared their 12th level examination in any stream from any recognized board.
• Subject: Applying candidates must have Mathematics as a mandatory subject in their qualifying examination.
• Marks: Applicants must obtain at least 50% marks in the qualifying exam to be eligible for exam.

For MBA Course:

• Qualification: One must have cleared their 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 to be eligible for KIIT Management course.
• Marks: Applicants must obtain at least 50% marks in the qualifying exam to be eligible for exam.
• Appearing: Those who are in final year bachelor’s degree course & expect to complete all requirement of graduation before 30th June 2025.

For MCA Course:

• Qualification: Candidates must be a bachelor’s degree holder from any recognized university or institutions.
• Marks: One must have obtained 50% of minimum marks in qualifying examination.
• Subject: It is mandatory to have Mathematics either in 12th or graduation level as one of the subjects

KIIT University 2025 Admission Procedure 

KIIT University Admission Procedure 2025 will be based on both merit as well as entrance based. Applicants will be able to secure a seat at KIIT only after fulfillment of eligibility criteria followed by other selection rounds as per the selection criteria.

Candidates will have to apply for KIITEE exam through online mode and secure the minimum qualifying cut off to be considered for participation in further admission procedures. Candidates seeking admission to medical courses must have a valid scorecard of NEET entrance exam.

KIIT University 2025 Entrance Exam (KIITEE)

Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Exam (KIITEE) is an entrance exam conducted by the KIIT University. This exam is conducted through online mode only. The exam will be conducted in English language only. Candidates will be given 150 minutes to solve the exam. Each correct answer will carry +3 marks while -1 mark will get deduct for each incorrect answer.

Through this exam, candidates will get admission to various courses in different fields except MBBS, PG Dental and Courses. Candidates seeking admission to exceptional courses must have a valid NEET UG/PG scorecard.

KIIT University 2025 Result/ Merit List 

The result will be declared by university on the basis of marks secured by candidates in entrance exam. KIIT University Result 2025 will be released through online mode. The results for KIITEE entrance exam will be announced in second week of April 2025 for phase-I and in second week of July 2025 for Phase-II.

For MBA courses, the result will be declared in month of May 2025. A separate merit list will also be prepared by the university for different courses and Category. Names of qualified candidates will be mentioned in the merit list.

KIIT University 2025 Cut off 

KIIT University Cut Off 2025 are qualifying marks fixed by the University, at the time of declaration of Entrance. Cut off rank for counselling procedure will be decided as per the availability of seats in different courses and performance of candidates in entrance exam. 

Candidates who secures a rank above minimum cut off rank will be called for counseling. The cut off will determine the qualifying status of candidates to be eligible to get admission in university followed by counselling.

KIIT University 2025 Counselling/ Admission

KIIT University Counselling 2025 and seat allocation will be purely on merit basis i.e. based on the performance in the Entrance Examination. Candidates will be called for counselling as per the cut off rank secured by them and seats available for different courses.

KIITEE 2025 counselling procedure will be organised in month of April 2025 for Phase-I and in August 2025 for Phase-II. Candidates appearing for counselling process must bring their original documents and counselling fee at the reporting centre. GD & PI rounds for MBA will be held at Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Jamshedpur, Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai

Verification of documents will be done at the time of counselling/admission.
