KEAM 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Before registration, applicants must satisfy the given KEAM Eligibility Criteria 2026:
- Nationality: All Indian nationals or OCI/ PIO candidates will be eligible to apply.
- Age: Candidate’s minimum age must be 17 years as on 31st December 2026.
For Engineering Exam:
- Qualification: Students must have qualified 12th examinations from a recognized board to apply.

- Exam Mode: KEAM 2026 will be held through online (CBT) mode.
- Duration: Candidates will get 180 minutes for Engineering exam and 90 minutes for Pharmacy exam.
- Types of Questions: Exam Paper will carry Objective Type- Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- No. of Questions: Question Paper for engineering exam will comprise of 150 questions, whereas, 75 questions will be asked in Pharmacy exam.
- Marking Scheme: Four marks will be awarded for each correct response, and one mark will be deducted for each incorrect response.

KEAM 2026 Admit Card
Admit Card for KEAM 2026 exam will be downloaded through online mode from the website. Candidates will need to enter their application number and password to download the admit card. It will be issued to all applying candidates in second week of April 2026.
A printout of KEAM admit card 2026 will be required along with photo ID proof, otherwise entry will not be allowed into the Examination Hall under any circumstances. The examination venue and timetable will be indicated on admit card.
KEAM 2026 Answer Key
KEAM Answer Key 2026 will be available in first week of May 2026 via online mode before the result declaration date. It will contain correct answers to the questions asked in KEAM 2026 exam.
If candidates have any objections against answer keys, they must submit it through candidate’s portal within 3 days from the release of answer keys with an online fee of Rs. 200/- per question. The decision made by subject expertise after reviewing the objections will be final.
KEAM 2026 Result
After the completion of exam, the authority will announce the KEAM 2026 result for all exam appearing candidates. The result for Architecture and Medical courses will not be announced by the CEE, Kerala.
Students will be able to check their result in second week of May 2026 via online mode. A separate rank list will also be prepared for all courses offered through KEAM 2026. Those who will secure higher rank will be invited to participate in further counselling rounds.
KEAM 2026 Cut Off
KEAM Cut Off 2026 will be released a few days after the result gets published through online mode. The authority will determine the minimum qualifying marks, which students will need to obtain in order to secure a rank in merit list.
The cut off marks for General category will be 50%, whereas SC/ ST/ SEBC category candidates will need to score 40% marks. There will be several factors that influence cut off, including exam difficulty, number of students appearing, seat availability etc.
KEAM 2026 Counselling
Admissions to various courses & colleges in Kerala state will be offered through KEAM Counselling Process 2026. The authority will conduct an online Centralized Allotment Process (CAP) through the Single Window System (SWS). The counselling will be organized in June/July 2026 in multiple stages.
After the results declaration, a rank list will be published inviting eligible students to participate in counseling process according to their rank. After the seat allotment process, students must report to allocated centre with required documents for verification purpose.
