Karnataka PGCET 2024 Counselling is conducted through offline mode. The separate merit list is prepared for the MBA/ MCA/ M.E./ M.Tech/ M.Arch courses.

The merit list is prepared on the basis of marks scored by the candidate in the entrance test. Candidates those obtain the qualifying marks in the exam only they can attend the counselling.

Candidates who gets selected under the reserved category seats can check their details on the website.

Karnataka PGCET cut off is released by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). The cut off marks are the marks which should be scored by the candidates to participate in the seat allotment procedure.

Karnataka PGCET 2024 Counselling Procedure

Candidates have to go through the option entry process on the counselling day. Candidates are required to register for proceeding towards the seat selection procedure on the KEA.

The seats are allotted to the candidates on their rank base. In the final round of the counselling, candidates can add/ delete/ modify/ re-order the options chosen by them.

Candidates have to opt the college or courses in the order of their preferences. Candidates have to pay the counselling fee for exercising the options. Candidates have to produce the original documents at the seat selection procedure.

After completion of the seat selection procedure, candidates are allotted with the college and subject opted by the candidate. Candidate can join the allotted college with having the allotment letter.

Admission order letter can be downloaded from the website on due date. Candidates have to submit the admission fee along with the original documents and one set of photocopies of all documents.

Documents Required for Counselling:

Candidates have to be ready with these mentioned below documents for the day of online counselling:

  • SSLC/ 10th Mark Sheet
  • PUC/ 12th Mark Sheet
  • Qualifying Examination Mark Sheet
  • Caste/ Caste Income Certificate
  • Candidate’s Study Certificate
  • Two passport size photograph
  • Online Application form 2024
  • Chalan of paying the fee
  • PGCET Admission ticket/ Hall Ticket
  • GATE score card, etc.

    1. You have to attend the document verification on 17th January 2023 in KEA, Bangalore office only. One have to attend document verification in person with all necessary original documents at 9:30 AM on 17.01.2023.
