Karnataka PGCET 2025 Counselling

Karnataka PGCET 2025 Counselling will be conducted through offline mode. The separate merit list will be prepared for the MBA/ MCA/ M.E./ M.Tech/ M.Arch courses.

The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks scored by the candidate in the entrance test. Candidates who obtain the qualifying marks in the exam can only attend the counselling.

Candidates who get selected under the reserved category seats can check their details on the website.

Karnataka PGCET cut off will be released by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). The cut off marks are the marks which should score by the candidates to participate in the seat allotment procedure.

Candidates have to go through the option entry process on the counselling day. Candidates need to register to proceed with the seat selection procedure on the KEA.

The seats will be allotted to the candidates on their rank basis. In the final round of the counselling, candidates can add/ delete/ modify/ re-order the options chosen by them.

Candidates have to opt for the college or courses in the order of their preferences. Candidates have to pay the counselling fee for exercising the options. Candidates have to produce the original documents at the seat selection procedure.

Karnataka PGCET 2025 Admission Selection

After completion of the seat selection procedure, candidates are allotted to the college and subject opted by the candidate. A candidate can join the allotted college with the allotment letter.

Admission order letter can be downloaded from the website on the due date. Candidates have to submit the admission fee along with the original documents and one set of photocopies of all documents.

Documents Required for Counselling:

Candidates have to be ready with the documents mentioned below for the day of online counselling:

  • SSLC/ 10th Mark Sheet
  • PUC/ 12th Mark Sheet
  • Qualifying Examination Mark Sheet
  • Caste/ Caste Income Certificate
  • Candidate’s Study Certificate
  • Two passport-sized photographs
  • Online Application form 2025
  • Chalan of paying the fee
  • PGCET Admission ticket/ Hall Ticket
  • GATE scorecard, etc.

    1. You have to attend the document verification on 17th January 2023 in KEA, Bangalore office only. One have to attend document verification in person with all necessary original documents at 9:30 AM on 17.01.2023.
