JIPMER MBBS (NEET) 2024 Answer Key will be released in May/ June 2024. JIPMER MBBS has been scrapped by Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER). The MBBS admission in JIPMER will be offered on the basis of NEET scores. JIPMER MBBS examination has been replaced by the NEET. NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test) is a national level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). To get admission into JIPMER MBBS, students need to appear & qualify for NEET exam.

JIPMER MBBS 2024 Answer Key

Candidates will be able to download the answer key from the online website. The provisional JIPMER MBBS 2024 answer key will be published in the first week of June 2024. After downloading the answer key, students will be able to verify the answers with the provisional answer key, if candidates have any doubt, they will have an opportunity to challenge the answer key.

For challenging the answer key, students need to pay a processing fee of Rs. 200/- per question. The processing fee will be non- refundable. The challenges made by the students will be verified by the authority with the help of subject experts. If the challenges made by candidates are found correct, then the answer key will be revised & published as the final answer key. The key will be finalized after the challenges will be treated as final.

JIPMER MBBS OMR Sheet/ Response Sheet

The authority will display the scanned images of OMR Sheet after the conduction of the examination. The OMR sheet will be published in the first week of June 2024. Candidates will be able to download the response sheet from the authority website. Students will have an opportunity to submit representations against the OMR grading.

Candidates will need to pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 200/- per question challenged. The challenges will be verified by the authority and they will make updates if the challenges are found to be correct.

How to Calculate Scores Using Answer Key

For calculating the scores, candidates will need to download the answer key and response sheet from the authority website. Students must have a good understanding of the marking scheme to calculate the scores. To calculate scores candidates will need to compare the answer marked in the OMR sheet with the correct answers given in the answer key. Also note down the number of correct and incorrect answers.

The formula to calculate the NEET scores is mentioned below:

  NEET Score= (Total number of correct answers *4)- (Total Number of incorrect answer *-1)

JIPMER MBBS Marking Scheme

The JIPMER MBBS (NEET) exam will contain 200 MCQs out of which 180 MCQs must be answered. The overall examination will be of 720 marks. The exam will be conducted in an offline mode. Candidates can check the marking scheme below in the table:

How to Raise Objection Against the Answer Key

Students will need to follow the given steps to raise objection against the JIPMER MBBS (NEET) answer key 2024:

• Go to the online website (link will be mentioned above).
• Click on the “Apply for Answer Key Challenge(s)”.
• Select the “Test Booklet Code”.
• Click on the “Login” and enter the application number, date of birth and security pin.
• Press on the “Submit” button.
• Choose the question number, correct answer and justification for the answer.
• Click on the “Save your claim”.
• The challenges will be displayed on the screen.
• Press on the “Save your claim and Pay fee finally”.

JIPMER MBBS 2024 Final Answer Key

The JIPMER MBBS (NEET) final answer key will be published in the third week of June 2024. It will be released after verifying all the objections raised by the candidates. The final answer key will be published after the provisional answer key. Applicants will be able to download it from the authority website.

No final answer key will be sent to the candidate via offline mode. Once the final answer key will be published, no candidate will be able to challenge the answer key. With the help of the final answer key, candidates will be able to calculate their scores.

JIPMER MBBS 2024 Result

The authority will evaluate the OMR sheet using the standard procedure. The result will be prepared and declared on the basis of the final answer key. Candidates will be able to download their result from the authority website.

The JIPMER MBBS (NEET) result will be published in the third week of June 2024. The authority will not provide the score card through offline mode. It will be declared after a few days of examination.
