- Resident: Applicants who are permanent/ Local resident of Jharkhand state will eligible.
- Qualification: Those qualified candidates in 10th or equivalent examination from any recognised board will be eligible to apply.
- Age Limit: There will be no age limit for engineering diploma courses. The required age for Mining engineering will be 17 year as on 1st July of the exam year.
