• Nationality: Permanent citizenship of India will be mandatory for candidates. 
• Domicile: Aspirants must have a domicile certificate of Jharkhand state.

• Age limit: There is no upper or lower age limit prescribed for diploma admissions. However, candidates opting mining engineering as trade should not be less than 17 years as on 1st July of admission year.
