• Candidates will get online application form from first week of January 2026.
• Offline (OMR) application form will be available in government aided institutions in fourth week of January 2026.

• Upload recent colored passport size photograph & signature in specific format.
• Application form will be submitted till second week of April 2026.

JEEP 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfil all the given eligibility norms before filling the Uttarakhand Polytechnic Application Form:

General Eligibility:

• Nationality: Indian citizens will be eligible to apply for JEEP 2026.
• Age Limit: No upper & lower age limit will be there to apply for exam.
• Medical Fitness: Candidates must be medically fit to be eligible.
• Appearing: Candidates appearing in 12th level will also be eligible to apply.

Subject Wise Eligibility:

•  Three Years Diploma in Pharmacy (Code-P): Candidates who have passed 10+2 with Chemistry/ Physics/ Biology & Mathematics will be eligible.
• Diploma in Engineering/ Technology/ Textile Design, Garment Technology, Fashion Design (Code-E&T): One must pass 10th class with 35% marks with Science and Mathematics (Not primary math) from any recognised board.
• Modern Office Management and Secretarial Practice (Code-M): Candidates must pass 10th & 12th level (In 10th & 12th, Hindi and English will be mandatory subjects).
• Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (Code-H): Aspirants must pass 10+2 level or its equivalent exam with 35% marks with English as one of the subject.
• Entry in 2nd year of Diploma Engineering through lateral entry (Code-A): 10th/ 12th/ Two-year ITI passed candidates with Chemistry, Physics & Mathematics will be eligible.
• P.G. Diploma in Computer Application (Code-G): Graduate candidates will be eligible to apply for JEEP 2026.

How to Apply for Uttarakhand Poly (JEEP) 2026

Below we have provided the steps to fill Uttarakhand Polytechnic (JEEP) 2026 Application Form:

• Go through the Uttarakhand Polytechnic website (Link will be given above).
• On the ‘New Registration’ link provide your basic details i.e. name, qualification details, parent’s name, date of birth etc.
• Candidates must ensure to provide valid phone number & mail ID.
• Now click on ‘Login’ button & provide system generated application number & password.
• For offline form, candidates can get it from government aided institutions.
• Fill the application form with correct details including personal, educational and other details.
• Now click on ‘Save & Proceed’ button.
• After submitting the details you must go through the payment section & submit the registration fee through online mode.
• Online payment will be received through credit card/ debit card/ net banking etc. Fee through any offline mode will not be accepted.
• Now, go to the ‘Document Upload’ section & upload the recent passport size photograph & signature in prescribed format.
• Photograph size should be in between 20 to 50 kb & size of scanned signature should be 10 to 20 kb.
• Documents should be uploaded in color and in the given size and format.
• Now submit the application form and check all the details before that.
• Take printout of the confirmation page & online fee receipt & keep it safe for future references.
