JEE Main 2025 Vs CBSE Board Exams: NTA has announced the exam dates for JEE Main 2025 Session 2, while the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) had already released the Class 12 board exam schedule, and the exams are currently ongoing.
However, a major concern has been raised among students and parents as some of the JEE Main exam dates overlap with CBSE board exams.
This examination date clash has left candidates worried about managing both important examinations effectively. The complete schedule for JEE Main 2025 April session was announced on 10th March 2025.
As per the JEE Main schedule, the session 2 exam will be conducted on April 02nd, 03rd, 04th, 07th, and 08th, 2025, for paper 1 and paper 2 on 09th April 2025. and CBSE class 12th board examination started on 15th February 2025 and last exam is on 04th April 2025.

Candidates who are preparing for both JEE Main and CBSE are worried about the exam scheduling conflict and how they will be taking both the papers.
The CBSE class 12th 2025 board exam history paper is on April 01st, the Language paper on April 2nd, the Home Science exam on April 3rd, and the Psychology exam on April 4th, 2025.
CBSE exams are being conducted in one single shift, the timing is 10:30 AM to 01:30 PM. Whereas the JEE Main exam will be held in two shifts from 09:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. and the second shift from 03:00 P.M. to 06:00 P.M.
The major concern of the candidate is that they will receive the same time slot for both the exams. As the JEE complete schedule is announced, candidates have raised concern against the exam clash between JEE Main exam and the CBSE board exam.
NTA has released the JEE Main city intimation slip for April 2025, and any time soon the admit card will also be released soon. However, candidates and parents are still hoping for a change in JEE Main schedule so that candidates will be able to take both the exams.
