CUET Syllabus 2025: The Common University Entrance Test, CUET 2025 syllabus has been released along with it the registration or the upcoming session is also started.
Candidates going to take the exam are required to go through the complete CUET UG bulletin which has all the details regarding the examination in detail.
Compared to previous session this year significant changes has been done in the syllabus by the National Testing Agency.
For CUET 2025 the syllabus for the domain specific subject is going to be from the NCERT. The NTA has reduced the number of subjects for CUET 2025 to 37, which includes 13 languages, 23 domain-specific subjects, and one general aptitude test.
Language subjects, including English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, and Sanskrit.
Domain subjects covering various fields such as Accountancy, Agriculture, Anthropology, Biology, Business Studies, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Computer Science, Economics, Fine Arts, Geography, History, Home Science, Knowledge Tradition, Mass Media, Mathematics, Performing Arts, Physical Education, Physics, Political Science, Psychology, and Sociology.
Last year, the NTA offered 61 subjects, including 33 languages, 27 domain-specific subjects, and one general test. Along with change in the syllabus NTA has also made few other changes in the CUET UG 2025 exam pattern.
How To Download CUET UG Syllabus 2025?
You can follow the steps given below to check and download the CUET syllabus:
- Go to the NTA CUET respective website cuet.nta.nic.in
- You will now enter the homepage.
- Visit the “information section”.
- Now select the “syllabus” option.
- CUET subject wise syllabus pdf will appear.
- Tap on the respective title, syllabus pdf will be opened.
- Check the syllabus and download it for further use.
In the year 2025 candidates candidates could choose up to six subjects, including four or five domain subjects, one or two languages (Indian or foreign), and a General Test. They were also suggested to select at least one language.
However for CUET 2025 candidates can choose up to five subjects, which can include languages and the General Aptitude Test.
The examination for CUET UG 2025 will be held in computer based mode from 08th May to 01st June 2025. Date are tentative, NTA will be releasing the complete schedule soon.
