• Step-3: Complete registration with necessary details like Name, Parent’s Name, Phone no., Email ID, DOB etc.

INI CET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

• Nationality: Applicants who are Indian Nationals/OCI/PIO or Foreign Nationals will be eligible to apply.
• Qualification: Candidates must possess an MBBS degree for MD/MS/DM or MCh and a BDS degree for MDS courses from a university recognized by NMC/MCI.
• Internship: Candidates must have completed a 12-month rotating internship or practical training by 31st January 2026.
• Minimum Percentage: Students must have obtained at least 55% marks (50% marks in case of SC/ST category or foreign nationals) in their qualifying exam.
• Appearing Candidates: Candidates who are appearing for their qualifying exam will also be eligible to apply.

INI CET 2026 Admit Card

All the successfully registered candidates will be issued an INI CET Admit Card 2026 via online mode. The admit card will be an important document, students will be required to possess on the day of exam to be allowed to sit for the exam.

Admit card will be downloaded by applicants in first week of November 2025 for the January session. Students will have to login on the portal with application number and password to download the INI CET Hall Ticket 2026.

INI CET 2026 Answer Key

INI CET answer key 2026 will consist of solutions to the questions asked in the entrance exam. It is important to note that the official INI CET 2026 answer key will not be released by the authority. Many coaching centers will publish the institutional answer key 2026 soon after the exam.

Candidates will be able to access the institutional answer key via online mode only. The answer key will help test takers to know how many questions they answered correctly, giving them an idea of their performance in INI CET 2026. 

INI CET 2026 Result

The result of INI CET 2026 will be announced via online mode for all candidates appearing for the exam. The result will be declared by the authority on 15th November 2025 for the January session and on 23rd May 2026 for July session. 

Applicants will be able to check their INI CET 2026 result through login to the website using their login credentials. Result will be prepared based on the performance of candidates in the entrance exam.

INI CET 2026 Cut Off

INI CET Cut Off 2026 will be the minimum percentile used to determine eligibility for admission into PG medical programs across all participating INIs. Cut off scores may vary based on several factors, including number of test-takers, seat available, cut off trends, reservation etc.

The qualifying cut off for INI CET 2026 will be 50th percentile for candidates belonging to UR, OCI, EWS, Sponsored, & Foreign Nationals. For SC, ST, OBC, PwBD and Bhutanese Nationals (applying for PGI-Chandigarh), the cut-off will be 45th percentile. 

INI CET 2026 Counselling

After the result declaration, the participating institutes will organize their own counselling sessions via online mode. Students will be shortlisted for allotment based on their performance in entrance exam, choice preferences and availability of seats at respective institutes.

The INI CET counselling procedure will involve several steps, including registration, choice filling, verification, fee submission, seat allotment & admission. There will be four rounds of counselling including a mock round. Admission will be granted to candidates only after submission of counselling fee and documents verification.
